Bea had been struggling for a long time to lose weight before she came to me for help. She was even considering asking her doctor for those “quick-fix” injections—something that’s becoming an unhealthy trend lately.
Instead, I encouraged her to try a different approach: small, sustainable changes to her diet and becoming more active. I asked her to give me just 3 months before making any big decisions… and here we are.
She’s now stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever.

Reflection:
As the year comes to an end, I find myself looking back on everything it has brought.
It’s been a year full of movement and new experiences, each of which has added something meaningful to my life and filled my soul. I feel genuinely satisfied with the progress I’ve made.
It hasn’t been an easy year, but then again, what in life ever is? If we truly want something, we have to earn it — and that means putting in the work, showing up, and staying committed. Every challenge has shaped me a little more, and I’m grateful for all of it. 🙏🏻☺️
