Very excited to announce that today I earned a second masters degree and I graduated from Harvard University! After 12 years working in Development, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, going back to school at the Harvard Kennedy School was timely to assess new path for my professional career in the mist of what is happening in Haiti and solidify the role i want to play in the future.
The people I have met this year blew my mind. Harvard really held up to my expectations as a convening power to put incredible minds together. I am grateful for all the conversations, the events, the classes, the group works and networking at HKS, HBS and MIT, the trips and the informal get togethers that has sparked so many ideas and true friendships. I am walking out of Harvard with a pressing desire to scale, to do much more through strengthing systems and institutions and continue fostering genuine connections and networks.

I am grateful for my family: Mom, Tatie, Uncle Raymond Nazaire, P.E., CGC. Stany and John Sterlin Duverseau who are here with me today visiting Harvard most of them for the first time, my personal assistant Juste - Coeur BEAUBRUN and the Banj Team who kept up with my crazy agenda and my supportive wife, the love of my life Anabelle Pierre who kept me strong on the hardest days. Thank you as well to the 5 institutions who made this journey possible with their financial contributions including Groupe Sogebank, MEF, Banque de la République d'Haiti, Fondasyon konesans ak libète - FOKAL and my own Banj. Thank you as well to Jason Atkins, Rob Waddle and Jocelyne Firmin who added their individual support to close the gap.

Next, huge thank you to the professors who helped me shape new perspectives like Julie Battilana, Celestin Monga, Dr.Phil Budden, Iris Bohnet, Mark Fagan, Jeffrey F Rayport, Akash Deep, Khalil Gibran Muhammad, Michael Flowers, Ramesh Raskar, Marion Laboure, Ph.D., sudhakar raju.

I walked on Harvard Yard today proudly wearing my Haitian flag but I also know that it is a privilege. Again to whom much is given, much is expected.

From now on I have 2 main life focuses:
- Scaling the work that I have been doing as an ecosystem builder to help build, expand and support entrepreneurship ecosystems all over the world because there is enormous value in collective actions and the world needs us more than ever.
- Invest actively in transformative actions to help drive positive socio economic paths in Haiti through behavioral change, innovation, entrepreneurship and civic engagement because all the impact in the world won’t make any sense if it doesnt also happen at home in the country that gave me everything that I have.

I count on all of you who stayed connected with me along this experience to keep me accountable. I also invite you to continue supporting me with your trust by joining the upcoming projects I will be part of, and most of all: Never give up on Haiti and keep doing your best to contribute to a better world!
