In a recent webinar, a 15-minute guided reflective exercise produced this: pause. grounding. insight. awareness. internal resources. the value of the time...
Now imagine that as a consistent professional practice.

Most coaches HOPE they're developing through experience. With structured reflective practice, you KNOW how to learn from it - in a way that directly improves your coaching.

That's what the Reflective Mastery development program is built for.
Apply for the pilot cohort - your experience shapes the final program design; you're not just a participant, you're a co-creator.

We would love to have you in the room.
Applications close June 5th. @ https://grow-with-u-academy.sendpulse.courses/reflective-mastery

See you there :)

Spring is here, do you feel it?

In Lithuania, we have definitely felt it, with the first two days of the calendar spring being sunny and quite warm, compared to -15 °C just a couple of weeks ago.

Maybe that's why Hub4Coaches community calendar for March is full of activities and events - the rush to the summer is upon us 😁

So, what are we looking forward to during this month?

Please check out the attached visual, or better yet, visit us on the Skool platform - that's where the action takes place.

It was a difficult session. Something wasn't landing. I said something true but not kind, delivered with frustration, and I didn't repair it.

I replayed the session with Marco over and over. And while I was stuck there, I was unavailable to everyone else. Each replay changed nothing - just drained me. It felt like I owed him the mental energy, but replaying wasn't serving Marco; it was serving my guilt.

And while I was stuck there, I was unavailable to everyone else.

Finally, I sat down and wrote about it:
• What happened (facts)
• What I'm proud of (there was good work)
• What I'd do differently (specific, concrete)
• What I learned (the real insight)
• What I need to say to Marco next..

Then I closed the journal.
The problem hasn't been solved yet, but that act released the mental loop.
The next day, I showed up clean. Fully present.

With Marco? I named it directly in our next session, we cleared the air, and better coaching followed.

Unprocessed experiences draw your attention away from the present moment.
Your journal closes the loop – you extract the learning and release the carryover.

Show up fully for the ones in front of you.

By year three, I was exhausted.
New frameworks every quarter. Somatic work, then neuroscience, then narrative therapy. I was learning constantly - but not integrating anything.
I was a magpie collecting shiny techniques.

A mentor said, "You're growing, but you're not developing. There's a difference."

Growth = learning lots of things.
Development = mastering depth.

I committed to one framework. Ten sessions. Journaled every session, and by session 7, something shifted. The framework became invisible. I was just present with the Client.
That's when the real learning started.

Depth beats breadth❗

What are you collecting vs. what are you mastering❓

John was one of my best clients. We had three explosive sessions.
Then session four: He went quieter. I didn't name it.
Session five: Even quieter. One-word answers.
Session six: He cancelled with an email: "Coaching isn't working."

Looking back at my journal, I saw it: His energy shifted in session four. And I did nothing❗️

Clients don't leave because the work is hard. They leave because they feel unseen.
A subtle shift. Quieter. Less real. Most coaches notice but don't address it.
So the distance grows, and they disappear.

The magic isn't preventing the shift. It's naming it.
"I noticed something changed. What happened?"
That one conversation repairs what becomes a six-month fade.

Your journal catches these before they become ruptures.

Who's going quiet on you right now❓
