"We run from love because love is the ultimate truth. It isn’t just a feeling or a fleeting moment; it’s an experience that demands honesty, vulnerability, and the courage to let go of everything that isn’t real. Most people think they want love, but what they really want is comfort. Real love isn’t comfortable. It’s a force that strips you of your illusions and asks you to stand naked in your own soul.

To be in the presence of infinite truth is terrifying. Love is like standing in front of a mirror that reflects every layer of who you are, the beauty and the wreckage, the light and the shadows. It doesn’t let you hide. It doesn’t let you pretend. Love exposes the parts of you that you’ve spent a lifetime covering up, and if you’re not ready to see yourself as you truly are, it feels like too much.

That’s why so many people run. They run when it gets real. They run when the masks start to slip, when the stories they’ve built about themselves begin to crumble. Love doesn’t care about the little narratives you tell to keep yourself safe. It will dismantle every lie, every excuse, every wall you’ve ever built. It will tear you open until nothing remains but the truth.

Love isn’t just about finding someone who makes you feel good. It’s about finding someone who calls you to rise, who challenges you to grow, who holds up a light to your darkness and refuses to let you stay small. Love asks for surrender. Love asks for sacrifice. Love asks you to let go of every part of yourself that isn’t serving the highest good.

Most people aren’t ready for that. They want the fantasy, not the reality. They want romance without revelation, connection without transformation. But the natural evolution of a real relationship is to become something sacred, something holy, something that embodies the divine. And that takes guts. That takes a willingness to let your shadows die.

It’s easy to love when it’s convenient, when it doesn’t challenge you. But real love will shake you to your core. It will force you to confront your deepest fears, your biggest insecurities, your most painful wounds. It will demand that you choose truth over comfort, growth over safety, courage over complacency.

Not everyone is willing to make that sacrifice. Not everyone is ready to stand in the fire and let love burn away everything that isn’t true. It takes a rare kind of strength to look at your own darkness and say, “I’m ready to let this go. I’m ready to be transformed.” Most people would rather run. They’d rather hide. They’d rather settle for something less than love than face the truth of who they are.

But here’s the thing—when you run from love, you run from yourself. You run from the very thing that could set you free. You run from the possibility of becoming whole, of becoming divine, of becoming the person you were always meant to be. You can spend your whole life running, but the truth will always find you.

So, if you ever find yourself standing in the presence of real love, don’t run. Don’t hide. Don’t shrink away from the light. Let it cut you open. Let it dismantle your stories. Let it burn away everything that isn’t real. Because on the other side of that surrender is the freedom you’ve been searching for all along.

And that, darling, is the ultimate power—a love so true it destroys every lie, a love so fierce it awakens the divine in you. Stand in that truth, and you’ll never have to run from anything, ever again."

Healing Takes Time, But.....

Safe People Make It Possible

Not everyone who tries to come close is here to hurt you. But when you’ve been wired to protect yourself, even safety can feel like a threat.

Breaking lifelong patterns isn’t easy. It’s why many choose to stay alone—it feels safer. I get it. The patience, courage, and trust it takes to face yourself again and again, especially with someone who won’t force you but will wait, is exhausting.

So, we pull back. We label the other person as the problem. We justify why we leave, why we run, why we can’t trust. Yet nothing inside us truly changes.

But here’s the thing—your pattern doesn’t disappear by avoiding it.

It shifts when you slowly, cautiously, allow yourself to feel safe. When someone stays—not to fix, not to change—but to just be.

It’s terrifying to let go of old fears. But with the right presence, with time, with patience—you realize not everyone is here to break you.

Some are here to show you what safety actually feels like.

❤️ Double tap if you’ve ever hesitated to let someone in.
