For years, I’ve coached incredibly successful people. People who have built businesses and achieved goals that once only dreamed about.
And yet, one of the biggest struggles I see… is REST! Not ambition, not passion… but to rest so they don’t burnout.

So many people tell me: “I feel guilty when I take day off or I don’t know if I’m even enjoying it”

“If I’m not productive, I feel like I’ve wasted the l

If that sounds familiar to you, I want you to know something.

Your guilt is not the truth! It’s your learned belief - most possibly from your childhood where you saw how your parents behave towards themselves or others- maybe even you.

In “mindcode coaching” we always go to explore the root cause of the problem and beliefs.

Maybe you grow up believing: “Successful people are always busy… rest is for lazy people.. your worth comes from your productivity…”

So being productive makes you feel worthy, lovable and enough.

But just because you believed something from years, doesn’t mean it’s true.

Here’s where I invite my clients to pause and ask themselves:

Who taught me this?
Is this belief actually true or it simply felt true?
How do I treat others that I love when they are resting? How do I treat myself when I rest?
What could change if I would believe that resting is part of the success - instead of the opposite of it?

Rest isn’t a reward for burning yourself out.
It’s biological need.
It’s where creativity returns and body repairs.
It’s where you reconnect with yourself so you can thrive more 🙏✨

The most successful I’ve seen has never come from people who constantly push harder, but from people who learned their worth and value which isn’t attached to their output.
You are worthy.. every second✨ (Even when you sleep;))✨

There’s a reason we reach for sad or romantic songs when our hearts feel heavy. 💕

It’s not because we want to feel worse… It’s because we want to feel. 🙏

So many of us have learned to push emotions away. We stay busy. We distract ourselves. We tell ourselves to “get over it.” But emotions don’t disappear when we ignore them—they simply wait.

Music has a way of gently opening the door to feelings we’ve been holding inside. A lyric says what we couldn’t. A melody reaches the places words can’t. And suddenly, the tears come.

That isn’t weakness.
It’s release.

Our emotions aren’t problems to solve. They’re messages to listen to. Grief asks us to honor what mattered. Anger points to a boundary. Sadness reminds us that we’ve loved deeply. Even longing has something to teach us.

When we allow ourselves to fully experience an emotion, it moves through us. When we suppress it, it often stays with us much longer than we expect.

So if tonight you find yourself playing that romantic song on repeat, don’t judge yourself.

Maybe your nervous system isn’t trying to make you sad.
Maybe it’s trying to help you let go.

Healing doesn’t happen by avoiding what we feel.
It begins the moment we stop fighting our emotions and start making space for them. 🤍

I found an old photo of myself today. The girl in the little black dress…back then, life was all about conferences, speaking on big stages, client meetings, red lipstick, notebooks full of ideas, and endless conversations. I was constantly on the move, sharing, teaching, inspiring, and connecting with people wherever I went.

I truly believed that if I could just explain it well enough, everyone would understand that spirituality isn’t only about meditation cushions, healing retreats, or escaping to a quiet forest.

Spirituality is feeling at home in yourself.

It’s feeling good in your body and mind.
It’s staying grounded in chaos.
It’s finding peace even when life doesn’t feel peaceful.

I shared my story of healing from fibromyalgia and how deep mental and emotional work helped me release years of pain. I wanted everyone to know that healing was possible.

Then life had other plans.

A pandemic.
Motherhood.
Two international moves.

And slowly, everything shifted.

Today, I don’t feel the need to stand on stages convincing people of anything. I don’t need everyone to see the world through my eyes.

I’ve learned that wisdom lands differently when it’s invited.

Now, I work quietly from my office with my laptop. I support the people who are ready to show up for themselves. Not because they’ve been pushed. But because they’ve reached a point where they’re ready to open their eyes and do the work.

The seasons of my life have changed.

The stages became a desk.
The audience became a handful of committed clients.
The little black dress hangs in the wardrobe more often than not.

But the values remain the same.

Growth.
Healing.
Authenticity.
Freedom.

And whenever life feels uncertain, I come back to those values.

Because no matter how much changes around us, our values are what bring us home.

“He’s my whole life.” 🥹 NOT!😏
I know what people *mean* when they say it… but as a linguistic coach who knows the power behind words, I can’t help diving a little deeper 😅

My child is part of my life ❤️
But I also have MY OWN life.
And my child has their own life to live too.

And honestly? That’s one of the biggest gifts we can give our children:
to show them that we live OUR life — not theirs.
And they don’t have to live ours either.

Wuhuuu… suddenly a huge pressure lifts from our shoulders… and from theirs too 😅

So to all the amazing mothers out there:
love deeply, guide wisely, but don’t forget to keep living YOUR beautiful life too 💃✨

Happy Mother’s Day 🌸
(Of course I had to coach this topic a little bit 🤣)

I like to joke that my life sometimes looks like a postcard… but the truth is, I often feel too present to even take the picture. Either I’m fully in the moment, or I I don’t want to share it at all.

Something I always remind my clients: stop comparing your version of abundance to someone else’s. Abundance isn’t one-size-fits-all. For some, it’s money. For others, it’s time, love, peace—or a balance of it all.

So ask yourself: what does abundance look like *for you*?

Define it first. Then get honest about what’s blocking you from believing it’s possible. Only then can you truly start manifesting it.

You can’t just say “I want this,” and give up when it doesn’t appear. It’s not that manifestation isn’t working—it’s that you’re not aligned with it *yet*.

Curious about manifestation and the mindset blocks holding you back? Send me a message 💌

Family constellations can help you…

What are they and when do they help you with your issue?

Family constellations are a method within systemic work to quickly gain insight into the deeper causes of an issue. The founder of systemic work was the German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger (1925-2019), who developed family constellations into a fully-fledged method in the late 1980s.

Systemic work assumes that we are all part of groups and that within those groups and within ourselves we are driven by unconscious patterns and dynamics. A family, but also a class, a sports club, a region, a country, society: they are all systems in themselves.

A constellation provides a spatial and visual image of a system. It is certainly not only about people in the system. It is mainly about how our families have dealt with history and how they have survived painful situations.
That way of survival of our (ancestors) parents is often the source of patterns. And patterns are often (unconsciously) passed on.

In a family constellation you investigate personal questions and patterns within a system with the help of a systemic facilitator.

By observing and exploring without judgement, the facilitator tries to make dynamics visible and to create space for a new movement or change.

Core Principles: The approach emphasizes the need for belonging (everyone has a place), order (hierarchy), and balance (giving and taking) within the family system.

Methodology: Clients identify a pressing issue and select representatives from a group to stand in for family members (living or deceased) or abstract concepts (e.g., “the illness,” “money”).

The “Knowing Field”: Representatives often experience sensations or emotions similar to the actual family members, a phenomenon referred to as the “knowing field”.

Resolution: The facilitator guides the reconfiguration of these representatives to find a more “ordered” or harmonious arrangement, which is believed to help the client release inherited burdens.

Family Constellation is a therapeutic method that helps people understand hidden dynamics within their family system.

It can bring clarity, emotional healing, and a deeper sense of belonging.
Some of the key benefits include:
1. Greater self-awareness
Participants often gain new insights into their behaviors, emotions, and repeating life patterns that may be connected to family history.

2. Healing family relationships
Family Constellation can help reveal unresolved conflicts or hidden loyalties within the family system, which may support healthier and more balanced relationships.

3. Release of emotional blocks
Many people experience relief from long-held emotions such as guilt, anger, sadness, or fear once underlying family dynamics become visible.

4. Breaking repeating patterns
It can help identify patterns that repeat across generations (in relationships, finances, health, or life choices) and support individuals in creating new, healthier paths.

5. Increased sense of belonging
Participants often feel a stronger connection to their family system and a deeper sense of inner peace and acceptance.

6. Improved personal relationships
Understanding family dynamics can positively influence relationships with partners, children, colleagues, and friends.

7. Clarity in decision-making
By seeing the bigger picture of family influences, individuals may feel more confident making life choices aligned with their true path.

8. Emotional relief and inner balance
Many participants report feeling lighter, calmer, and more emotionally balanced after a constellation session. ✨🌷
