QUINCE CELEBRATION IN PANDY TOWN

Celebrating the 204th Anniversary of Honduras’s Independence on September 15 with the children from Rosabella McKenzie Primary School and Teresa Sevilla Kindergarten in Pandy Town.

🏆 Congratulations to the Rosabella McKenzie Primary School Girls' Football Team! 🏆

Our girls proudly brought home 2nd place in the tournament held in Tegucigalpa! With heart, determination, and incredible teamwork, they gave it their all on the field and made us all proud.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this journey possible—our dedicated teachers, committed coaches, supportive families, generous sponsors, and everyone who cheered them on. Your support and belief in these young athletes made all the difference!

DEVOLUTION DAY MARCH

Today, students of Rosabella McKenzie Bilingual School in Pandy Town proudly took part in the Devolution Day march held in Oak Ridge. This important day commemorates the Wike-Cruz Treaty, which marked the official transfer of the Bay Islands from British to Honduran rule. Celebrations like these keep our heritage alive and help educate the younger generation about the cultural and historical journey of our community.

El dia de Hoy, los estudiantes de la Escuela Bilingüe Rosabella McKenzie de Pandy Town participaron con orgullo en el desfile del Día de la Devolución realizadas en Oak Ridge. Este día conmemora el Tratado Wike-Cruz, que marcó la transferencia oficial de las Islas de la Bahía del dominio Británico al Hondureño. Celebraciones como estas mantienen viva nuestra herencia y educan a las nuevas generaciones sobre la historia y cultura de nuestra comunidad.
