The past two Wednesdays, our students participated in an immersive AR and VR Tai Chi training program created by the Hong Kong Education University. They learned Tai Chi movements and principles, while 3D animated Tai Chi characters were presented in an augmented reality environment to help them recall the techniques, movements, and forms in a fun and engaging way. It was a truly enjoyable experience!

過去兩個星期三，同學們參加了由香港教育大學創建的沉浸式 AR 和 VR 太極訓練計劃。當天，我們特別邀請了太極劍世界錦標賽冠軍——陳穗津女士親臨指導，同學們全情投入，獲益良多。此外，教育大學的教授亦向同學們介紹了極具趣味與意義的太極字體及合體字，讓他們在生動有趣的活動中深入感受中華文化的博大精深。
