【感謝漢基國際學校邀請 HKU Stroke 主席劉巨基教授 Gary Lau 出席2026年畢業典禮並致辭祝賀及勉勵應屆畢業生！】
近年與漢基國際學校，以及其他學校和機構，攜手舉辦免費健康檢查活動，致力提升社會對健康及預防中風的關注。部份應屆畢業生亦積極參與其中，親身體會到除了科技以外，人與人之間的接觸與溫暖是無可取代的。
劉教授在致辭中分享他從多重身分中所領悟的心得：
1. 尋找你的人生意義，勇敢追夢。
2. 照顧好自己的身心。
3. 保持真我，不作比較。
4. 勇於嘗試，無懼失敗。
5. 與人同行，保持謙卑。
6. 飲水思源。
他亦勉勵學生勇於「成為你希望在世界上看到的改變」 (“Be the change you wish to see in the world”)
最後，祝願所有畢業生秉持「仁、義、禮、智、信」的精神，在人生路上繼續「勇於探索，全情奉獻」，以生命影響生命。

【Our Heartfelt Thanks to Chinese International School for Inviting Professor Gary Lau, Director of HKU Stroke, to Address the Class of 2026 at Their Graduation Ceremony】
HKU Stroke have been honored to partner with Chinese International School, along with other schools and organisations, in recent years to organize free health screening initiatives, raising public awareness about health and stroke prevention. Members of the graduating class actively participated in these activities, experiencing firsthand that beyond technology, human connection and compassion remain irreplaceable.
Professor Lau shared personal insights drawn from his various roles in life:
1. Find your why, and dream big.
2. Take care of your body, and your mind.
3. Be yourself, and stop comparing.
4. Do not be afraid to try, and do not be afraid to fail.
5. Walk together, and stay humble.
6. Remember your roots.
He also encouraged students to “Be the change you wish to see in the world”.
We wish all graduates continued courage to explore, dedication to contribute, and the spirit to impact lives—to carry forward “To Seek and to Serve”, and to lead with love and compassion.
