This is a unique two-week nomadic residency program designed for artists, writers, curators, and other practitioners from around the world, offering an opportunity to explore contemporaneity and the ancient living tradition coexisting in Mongolia today.

The program offers specific areas of research, including the contemporary art scene in Ulaanbaatar, the extraordinary nomadic lifestyle, and the wilderness of Mongolia’s countryside, facilitated through field trips.

This is a self-funded residency program intended for those seeking new experiences, inspiration for their artistic practices, and networking opportunities. The residency staff will provide all the necessary support for artists applying for grants to cover program-related expenses.

The final date for application submissions is March 31, 2026. However, be aware that the application period may close earlier if a sufficient number of participants who have confirmed their registration is reached.

💥 ใครมีโปรเจกต์ภาพยนตร์สั้น (ความยาวไม่เกิน 30 นาที) ไม่ว่าจะอยู่ในขั้นตอนใด และอยากได้ทุนสนับสนุนเพื่อสร้างหนังให้แล้วเสร็จก่อนวันที่ 15 กันยายน 2569 ส่งใบสมัครพร้อมแนบรายละเอียดโครงการและเงินทุนที่ขอรับการสนับสนุน (ทุนละไม่เกิน 400,000 บาท) มาที่ https://fapot.or.th/main/news/1103
