Being a mother is learning about strengths you didn’t know you had, and dealing with fear you never knew existed.
I don’t think you will ever understand how hard to be a mother until you become one. I know I’ve always been pain in the arse as a kid and took it for granted. But it’s never too late to show your appreciation, all the mums in the world well deserved. Happy Mother’s Day.
作為一個媽媽要學你從來無諗過你有既能力同表面你無諗過會發生既恐懼。
我們都聽過做媽媽有多艱巨有多辛苦,但當你成為媽媽的時候才會真正感受到。我知道從小我就是個夠麻煩難教的小孩,而且很多事都視為理所當然。但感謝說話永遠不會嫌遲,這個母親節好好的答謝媽媽吧!世上所有媽媽都是很偉大的!祝天下母親,母親節快樂! ❤️💜

- Balance - 🤸🏽
I have always struggled with balance, especially now that I’m pregnant. From a yoga perspective, balance is more than focusing on one’s poses and being still. Balance involves your body, mind and your strength.
If you’d like to master balancing, either in life or yoga, first try to focus on one thing at a time, take a deep breath, focus on your strength and do the best you can. It doesn’t matter if you fall, you will get there if you keep practicing. Namaste 🙏🏻 .

Savasana is considered one of the most challenging poses in yoga. It’s not easy to lay down, relax the breath, and silence the chatter in the mind. But disciplining the mind and body to meditate after rigorous activity builds resiliency that can be used in other areas of life.
