A Physics talk on Cosmology(宇宙學) will be held on 16 December(Fri) after school at 3:45pm in language theatre.

There will be two talks by Professor Steven Chu on the topics: A Random Walk in Science (科學逍遙遊) and Energy, Climate Change and a Low Cost Path Forward (走出能源及氣候變化的死胡同) on 18th October and 20th October, and the two talks will be brocasted live. www.cuhk.edu.hk Steven Chu is the William R. Kenan, Jr., Professor of Physics and Professor of Molecular & Cellular Physiology, School of Medicine at Stanford University. He has published 260 papers in atomic and polymer physics, laser spectroscopy, biophysics, biology, biomedicine, batteries, and holds 11 patents.
