自從有 #澳門 同學越洋來港上課，心心念念想去澳門做培訓，終於今年有此機會！感謝 #澳門扶康會寶利中心 的邀請，9月初代表 #香港專業培訓學會 ，為逾四十位同工安排了一整天的 #性格透視團隊建立 活動！
前線員工、福利工作員、導師、服務督導、社工、心理學家等聚首一堂，由上午的體驗課至下午的應用課，由認識外向與內向、認識脾性、度身訂做易地而處、團隊合作、 #衝突管理 ，六個遊戲愈玩愈激動，完全感受到同事間熟絡的友誼！🤣
我很喜歡整個培訓最後一部份，直搗所有脾性需要改善的地方， #解決矛盾 需要環境和對方配合，自己也要作出調節的一步。我們渴望別人理解，但也要理解對方，改進自己，雙向的溝通和關係才能發展🥂

Ever since some students from Macau traveled across the sea to attend my class in Hong Kong, I’ve been longing to bring training to Macau as well — and this year, the opportunity finally came! Thanks to the invitation from Fuhong Society of Macau Po Lei Centre , I had the honor of representing the Hong Kong Society of Professional Training in early September to deliver a full-day workshop for more than forty colleagues.
Frontline staff, welfare workers, instructors, service supervisors, social workers, and psychologists all gathered together. From the morning experiential sessions to the afternoon applied sessions, we explored extraversion vs. introversion, temperament types, perspective-taking, teamwork, and conflict management. Through six progressively engaging activities, the excitement kept building and the camaraderie among colleagues was truly felt!😂😂
For my very first training in , the day ended with a golden sunset over the sea on the bus ride back to Hong Kong. Special thanks to my colleague H**e for accompanying me across the sea! 🌅
