日復日重複的工作容易陷入慣性思維，當工作遇上樽頸時，就是需要喚醒 #創意思維 的時機🥹

感謝 #救世軍恒安復康訓練中心 及 香港專業培訓學會 的邀請，與不同崗位的同事們應用 #六帽子 思維和萬能SCAMPER，幫助抖出新意念，解放大家的創造力！💪🏼🪐

👩🏻‍💼「從此覺得顏色多層意義和象徵性」
👩‍🏫「發現自己經常都看得偏黑帽一點，忘了事件存在紅帽、黃帽、綠帽的一面」
👨🏻‍💼「別說了，是時候要換回藍帽了 lol 」
👩‍🎨「今天本來是個Blue Monday，但感謝有這個機會，跟同事相聚，學習到很多，也有坦白自己想法的機會，有很多笑聲」

我們或許會因個人性格和思考方式、環境或其他因素阻礙發展創意，但不要忘記我們本來都有創意思維，只是有否掌握到可以操控的系統✨

事隔十年再來靈基營，禮堂仍然充滿笑聲和叫聲，因為踏入初春有幸參加基督教香港信義會馬鞍山長者地區中心 #同工退修會 ，跟一眾同工來一個能量需求甚高的 #團體建立 活動！🏕️💆🏻‍♀️

有同工曾經做網上測評但不知其義，有同工因此機會首次找到自己的四個傾向，難得所有部門同工聚首一堂都是初次體驗MBTI分組遊戲，開齊多個感官了解自己和同事👀 感謝大家的積極投入，盡情奔放，使自己能在傾向相近的人中找到共鳴，又能理解與自己傾向不同的人在應付改變時想法，最重要的是，可藉此改善與同事的溝通與合作🤝

#基督教香港信義會馬鞍山長者地區中心 是政府資助的長者地區中心，主要服務長者及護老者。中心提供康樂活動、護老者支援、長期護理申請轉介、義工服務及認知障礙症支援等，幫助長者在社區健康活躍地生活♥️

26年初以「 #性格透視 與 #團隊建立 應用工作坊」與風雨蘭同事們共度了溫暖又爆笑的下午！認識了四個脾性以後，就合作製作一個代表機構這team人的物品。感謝同事過人的觀察力，又能活學活用理論，果然有齊四色的團隊就是最完備的團隊！🔵🟠🟢🟡

🥹「今天過後會知道應該如何善用大家的才幹了」
😃「導師帶領得很正面，對不同脾性的同事也給予很多肯定，學習良多」
😌「想起身邊很多人和事，也認識自己多了」
🤓「雖然耳聞過相關內容，親自參與時完全是另一回事，很享受，認識同事更多」

#風雨蘭 是香港一間非政府組織，致力為性暴力受害者提供危機支援、輔導及倡議服務，同時推動社會關注與預防相關議題❤️

Early 2026, we enjoyed a fun and insightful “Personality Dimensions & Team Building” workshop with by exploring the four temperaments and learning to leverage each other’s strengths. 🤝🏻

RainLily is a Hong Kong NGO providing crisis support, counseling, and advocacy for survivors of sexual violence, while promoting awareness and prevention in the community.❤️

隨著連接首爾的交通愈趨方便，企業相繼落戶於鄰近城市，遷入京畿道31個城市的外國人愈來愈多，韓國京畿道自去年也順勢宣佈成為移民社會，設立京畿道移民福利統合資源中心，支援移居者的衣、食、住、行、教與育🤝

今年成立了兩個團隊，分別為與地方政府要員開會反映民意及討論政策的外國人居民名譽大使和將政策翻譯成其他語言的政策宣傳組，任期兩年。上任者全是移居韓國多年的外國人，有新任的，也有連任。兩天一夜的迎新營，除了首日的委任儀式、移民措施檢討、非洲舞蹈晚會，重頭戲當然就是翌日早上的 #性格透視工作坊！！！🟠🔵🟡🟢

移居者多年來都努力於學習、工作和照顧家庭，這類型的性格學工作坊對於他們極其新穎，現在有套共同語言，了解自己和伙伴，期待未來兩年合作事半共倍！👏🏻

來到 2025 年 12 月， #性格透視一級培訓師 班轉眼已舉辦至第十屆，跟 #香港專業培訓學會 合辦第八屆，順利畢業的導師人數亦即將邁向三位數字！🥹

感謝今屆 8 位同學的坦誠分享與全情投入。性格學的學習，需要一個安全的環境，讓人願意打開自己，才能真正釋放潛能，將學習效果無限放大🎯

🟡「覺得其他組的作品很有新意，帶來很大的新鮮感，而且很有美感」

感謝 Halfords 及 香港專業培訓學會HKSPT 的邀請，在12月慶祝聖誕之際，特別安排了一場 #團隊建立 應用「派對」，讓來自不同地區分公司及各部門的同事聚首一堂，彼此認識工作以內與以外的面向🎄💡

透過數小時的 MBTI 分組互動，團隊一起檢視在面對改變時的不同反應，以及溝通時的表達方式，當中差異往往源於個人興趣、對知識應用的看法，以及對領導風格的不同期待🎯

三十多人的團隊，在 MBTI 的「大屋」裡，雖然未必十六個房間都有人入住，但透過八個傾向及多達十六種心智功能組合分組，每一回合、每一組都能充分展現個人的獨特性💎

「同事覺得好玩，最重要是：老細很滿意！」😂👏🏻

2025年開辦新課程﹐是「 」 (Leadership x MBTI)！ 刻意將 置頂，是因為學習不同的性格評估工具從來都是「工具」或方法，目的是要透過工具達至認識自己或提高其他人際關係上、職場溝通上、工作管理上的效能。同樣， 是 Mean，End是要提升 #領導效能 🤝🏻🤝🏻🤝🏻

所以課程第一部份就先要討論「何謂 Leadership」，「What is Good Leader ? What do Bad Leaders do? 」，而後來的五個部份就是用MBTI 理論了解自己和其他性格類型及處事風格，以及最重要的，如何善用MBTI善用團隊的長處和特性，及提高自己的領導力，滿足團隊各人的需要🫶

這是和 #香港專業培訓學會 協辦的第一班，感謝來自各界別的同學們的投入參與，你們的回饋令我很驚喜！🥹 大家的工作分享和生活經驗都是課程的養份！期望更多人願意認識這個奇妙工具，不止於知道個人的四個字母就算，而是學會將它應用到 「領導力」與 「團隊發展」上 💙

New Course in 2025! We intentionally put Leadership at the forefront, because personality assessment tools are always just methods. Their true purpose is to help us understand ourselves, enhance interpersonal relationships, improve workplace communication, and increase management effectiveness❣️
In the same way, MBTI is only a means and the ultimate end is to strengthen Leadership effectiveness!🤝🏻

That’s why the first part of the course begins with exploring: What is ? What makes a Good Leader? What do Bad Leaders do?🤔

The following five parts then use theory to better understand our own and others’ personality types and working styles. Most importantly, we learn how to apply MBTI to leverage strengths, enhance our , and meet the needs of every team member. 🥂

This is our very first class co-organized with the Hong Kong Society of Professional Training . I’m deeply grateful for the engagement of participants from different sectors ❣️Your sharing and feedback truly impressed me! 🥲The experiences you brought from work and life became invaluable nutrients for the course.

I hope more people will come to know and experience this powerful tool , 🔑not stopping at simply identifying “four letters,” but learning how to apply it to and ! 🩺

自從有 #澳門 同學越洋來港上課，心心念念想去澳門做培訓，終於今年有此機會！感謝 #澳門扶康會寶利中心 的邀請，9月初代表 #香港專業培訓學會 ，為逾四十位同工安排了一整天的 #性格透視團隊建立 活動！

前線員工、福利工作員、導師、服務督導、社工、心理學家等聚首一堂，由上午的體驗課至下午的應用課，由認識外向與內向、認識脾性、度身訂做易地而處、團隊合作、 #衝突管理 ，六個遊戲愈玩愈激動，完全感受到同事間熟絡的友誼！🤣

我很喜歡整個培訓最後一部份，直搗所有脾性需要改善的地方， #解決矛盾 需要環境和對方配合，自己也要作出調節的一步。我們渴望別人理解，但也要理解對方，改進自己，雙向的溝通和關係才能發展🥂

第一次 #澳門培訓 ，金巴回程以海上的日落作結，感謝一起過大海的助手同事 H**e ！❤️🌅

Ever since some students from Macau traveled across the sea to attend my class in Hong Kong, I’ve been longing to bring training to Macau as well — and this year, the opportunity finally came! Thanks to the invitation from Fuhong Society of Macau Po Lei Centre , I had the honor of representing the Hong Kong Society of Professional Training in early September to deliver a full-day workshop for more than forty colleagues.

Frontline staff, welfare workers, instructors, service supervisors, social workers, and psychologists all gathered together. From the morning experiential sessions to the afternoon applied sessions, we explored extraversion vs. introversion, temperament types, perspective-taking, teamwork, and conflict management. Through six progressively engaging activities, the excitement kept building and the camaraderie among colleagues was truly felt!😂😂

For my very first training in , the day ended with a golden sunset over the sea on the bus ride back to Hong Kong. Special thanks to my colleague H**e for accompanying me across the sea! 🌅

謝謝 #女青 及 #樂華天主教小學 的邀請，2025年初夏把 #性格透視 帶到 #老師培訓 中！香港老師們都很忙，感謝大家都樂意抽空，放下手頭工作專心交流學習，將理論應用得甚快！👍

共50多人的 #小學老師 團隊，比重最多的脾性果然是藍色和金色，相對較少雖然是橙色，卻為過程帶來很多快樂的討論！💙💛💚🧡

另外，感謝協助安排的何姑娘和Jobe﹐還有今天的助手同事：Josie！期待再合作！❤️

Many thanks to the and for the invitation to bring into in early summer 2025! Among the 50+ teachers, the most common temperaments turned out to be 💛Gold and 💙Blue, followed by 💚Green. Though 🧡Orange was the least represented, it sparked plenty of lively and joyful discussions throughout the session!

Hong Kong teachers are always so busy, and I truly appreciate that everyone was willing to set aside their work, focus on learning together, and so quickly apply the theory in practice.👍👍

This year, the Hong Kong Society for Professional Training (HKSPT ) has moved to a new location. The 7th class of our Level 1 Personality Dimensions Facilitator course this summer( also my 9th batch🥹 ) enjoyed a brand-new training room, fresh scenery, and an all-female class fully engaged in the sessions.

The girls had lunch together every day and even took the initiative to create a group to prepare for the exam! For the first time, it wasn’t me starting the group but the students invited me to join so we could stay in touch!💞
