ALcarbo Technologies 是一家生物科技公司，開發了一種光合生物反應器系統 （revolutionary algae photobioreactor system），用於吸收和穩定大氣中最主要的溫室氣體 二氧化碳。此創新技術利用藻類光合作用，提供了一種將二氧化碳轉化為利潤的解決方案。微藻是高效固碳生物，其能夠捕獲的碳量是樹木的400倍。這些微生物的培養可以輕鬆擴大規模，以大幅抵消碳排放並通過光合作用釋放氧氣。
Congratulations to PolyU supported start-up ALcarbo Technologies for being awarded Environmental Impact Award at The JUMPSTARTER 2023 Global Pitch Competition.
Alcarbo Technology Limited is a biotechnology corporation developing a revolutionary algae photobioreactor system (PBRs) to absorb and fix carbon dioxide (CO2), the most abundant and prime greenhouse gas in our atmosphere. Their innovative technology utilizes algae photosynthesis, providing an alternative solution to convert CO2 into profit. Microalgae are efficient carbon-fixing organisms that can capture 400 times more than that of trees. The culture of these micro-organisms can easily be scaled-up to offset carbon emissions and release oxygen through photosynthesis significantly.

兩間理大初創Spaceship及藍點子進駐創新園數據技術中心（DT Hub），該中心支援以數據主導的業務，在國際市場打造香港品牌。
Spaceship在2019至21年得到理大科技領航基金計劃支持，獲得150萬港元的資金支持，迅速成長。他們提供國際物流服務，其客戶函括中小企業、電子商務供應商、網店以至個人使用。他們與全球超過10家物流供應商建立合作夥伴關係，為客戶提供覆蓋280個國家的一站式遞送服務。
藍點子憑著自家研發的室內定位系統而聞名，短短數年已獲得多個獎項，備受關注。
團隊積極創新求變，不斷提升產品和服務的質素，亦勇於追求突破，設計出迎合市場需求的嶄新產品。藍點子現時除了繼續完善室內定位系統 Dolphin IPS 和酒店客服機械人GSR ，亦不斷擴展其客戶群，他們的室內定位系統將發展至圖書館及保安營運方面。

Two PolyU start-ups, Blue Pin and Spaceship, have settled in the Data Technology Hub (DT Hub). The DT Hub supports the local innovative start-ups that are running data-driven businesses and aim to build Hong Kong brands in the international market.
Spaceship received support from the Tech Launchpad Fund Scheme of PolyU in 2019-21, obtaining HK$1.5 million in funding and experiencing rapid growth. Spaceship provides international logistics services and their clients include SMEs, e-commerce providers, online shops and individuals. They have partnered with more than 10 logistics providers around the world, providing customers with one-stop delivery services to over 280 countries. Spaceship
Blue Pin was renowned for its in-house developed indoor positioning system. It has won many international awards and received much recognition in just a few years. The team is keen to improve the quality of its products and services, and is pursuing new product designs to meet market needs. Blue Pin continues enhancing its indoor positioning system Dolphin IPS and its Hotel Guest Services Robots (GSR). It also expands Dolphin IPS to other fields, such as security operations and libraries.
