Fluffy flakes of snow fell from the darkening sky and landed on the icy ground and the thick layer of white snow and ice carpeted on the ground, creating a magical and tranquillizing echo.
The calm and yellowish light projected by the glistening moon fell serenely on the ground and wreathed them in warmth. Their hand clenched to each other’s tightly, the warmth of her hand slowly pervading his body. Slowly, she leaned towards him and he clasped her, deeply in his chest.
Their lips met, their arms intertwined. The illuminating sparkles drifted away the stiff breeze, paving way for the creation of an unyielding memory.
It rested in the deepest chamber of his mind.
The snow recurs, the warmth persists. He returned, in the midst of solstice.
The familiar ground, the intimate warmth, the unfading reminiscence.
