We are happy to announce the opening of the ULi Branch Office in Foshan, Geater Bay Area, China.

The Branch Office is managed by Mr Lewis Chan, pictured here with our Director, Dr Raymond Fok and provides the following services:
1. Education Advisory Services
1.1 Advisory services for students to apply to the UK HEIs for Foundation, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Doctoral programmes
1.2 Hong Kong and Macau Study Tours for Mainland Students to familiarise with local HEIs’ application and admission processes

2. Consultancy in Higher Education
2.1 Management consultancy services for institutions on the set-up of designated UK HEIs’ Teaching Centre to deliver Foundation and 2+2 Undergraduate programmes
2.2 Corporate capacity building services to review and enhance organisations’ training courses and facilitate their Endorsement/Accreditation by the relevant UK HEIs and Regulated Training Course Providers

3. English Language Enhancement
3.1 Set-up of IELTS Preparatory Centre at related HEIs and other institutions in Greater China
3.2 Delivery of Professional and Business English courses for corporate training and adult education

It is always a pleasure to visit Macau, see old friends and partners, and stroll along its tranquil World Heritage Sites. Our Director, Dr Raymond Fok met with Mr Chi Meng Pun, Director of Macau Caritas to finalise the arrangements to set up an IELTS Preparatory Centre at its Adult Education Centre.
We want to thank Dr Teresa Loong, Vice-Rector, Student Affairs, University of Saint Joseph (USJ) and her colleague, Mr Dickson KYEE, Admission Manager for their hospitality in conducting a university campus tour and discussing with ULi how we may facilitate and advise the Mainland students to apply to study at USJ.

Our Director, Dr Raymond Fok, held a meeting discussion with Mr Alex Wong, Director of Admission at Wei Ming School, Shenzhen, on several collaboration areas in which ULi will provide services:
(1) Arranging Study Tours for the Mainland students to visit HK and UK Off-shore HEIs to familiarise with the UK and HK HE systems
(2) Advising and counselling Services to Mainland students to study in the UK and HK HEIs
(3) Delivering IELTS Preparatory Course and conducting Mock IELTS Exams at the School
(4) Providing consultancy services on the set-up of UK 2+2 programmes in the Mainland
(5) Mr Alex Wong will visit the ULi Education Centre in HK and confirm arrangements for organising a couple of Study Tours in January 2025 to facilitate the Mainland students applying for the October 2025 Intake in the UK and HK HEIs.

Professor Wai coleman of the Central Academy of Fine Arts and our Director, Dr Raymond Fok visited the GRET Senior High School (GRET) in Shenzhen. They were greeted by Mr Zhang Weifeng, Head of the International Division. GRET was interested in collaborating with ULi on its Study Tour to visit local HEIs, Application Services to Local and International HEIs, and the IELTS programmes to facilitate the GRET students applying to Local and International HEIs.

I am happy to join the University of Sunderland in Hong Kong (UoSHK) Partners Gathering & Networking Event. The event was hosted by UoSHK's Campus Director, Mr Francis Chiang; and presented by the University of Sunderland Head of International Development (East Region), Ms Tuesday Sampson; Deputy UoSHK Campus Director Mr Pak Hin Dennis Tang; Deputy Head of Esat Region, Mr Robin Ling; and Director of South China, Ms Joanna Zhou.

Our Director, Dr Raymond Fok and Principal Consultant, Mr Steve Ho visited the Zhuhai Art College (www.zhac.edu.cn) and exchanged views on Arts & Design higher education with their Executive Vice President, Professor Chen Chuanyi and Programme Director, Eric Huang.

A quick visit to Taipei's two most popular Higher Education Fairs. The IDP Study World Fair, the International Education Consultants Association's International Studies Exhibition, and a casual visit to the National Taiwan University.

Mr Jeff Lee and Dr Raymond Fok visited several Hong Kong HEIs to exchange views on the Mainland students' admissions to pursue their undergraduate and postgraduate studies there. We are grateful to have the kind reception of Ms Lavinia SIN, Senior Manager, International Engagement of the President's Office of Tung Wah College; Mr Yilin XIE, Director of Development of Chu Hai College; and Ms Ivy SHEN, Head of Office of Mainland Development of Lingnan University.

A casual visit to HKU
