Now granted 7th level practician in IWTA.
本人自1981年跟隨梁挺宗師收為弟子學習詠春拳技, 從未間斷練習,不斷提昇技術, 現為高級教練第七級。1994年在國際詠春總會開始教授詠春拳。自 1994 至 2026 年期間, 教授弟子逾一百人, 其中達至教練等級有超過十人以上。

Neck Pulling Hand is the first motion of the WingTsun Wooden Dummy Form, section 1 and 2. It is used to control and immobilize the opponent, often combined with elbow strike to give a surprise attack.
