From the precision of modern manufacturing at 𝐁𝐘-𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐇 (湯臣倍健透明工廠) to the sweet traditions of 𝐉𝐮𝐱𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐲𝐮𝐚𝐧 (咀香園), a group of over 40 𝐌𝐇𝐑𝐌 students of the 𝐇𝐊𝐁𝐔 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 recently experienced the perfect blend of innovation and heritage in the 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚.

At the BY-HEALTH Transparent Factory in Zhuhai, students traced vitamins’ journey from powder to capsule, closely observing the company’s fusion of high-tech and meticulous business practices, all dedicated to the pinnacle of health standards. 💊

In the hallowed halls of Juxiangyuan, history was not just observed but lived, as students transformed into artisans, crafting the storied almond cakes with their own hands, infusing each bite with the legacy of a century. 🍪🎨

This field trip was a tapestry of learning, weaving threads of cultural wisdom with the strands of futuristic vision, leaving our students with a spectrum of 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬. 🍀

Stromile is a seasoned professional with a decade-long career in Human Resources Management and organization development. His experience is supported by a strong education foundation with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University.

Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager at Weave Services Limited, Stromile demonstrates his leadership in the operations of a consulting firm in Hong Kong. Prior to this, Stromile has held various HR positions, managing diverse responsibilities such as organization capability development, talent acquisition, employee development, rewards management, succession planning, and fostering external relations.
