大家好.我們是2011-2012年度陳瑞祺（喇沙）書院的候選內閣Forerunner。
來年我們會為同學們提供應有的服務及福利。此外，我們會增加不少校內和校外的活動，給同學機會參加不同種類的課外活動，其中有不少活動可以令同學，老師和家長建立良好關係，增加同學間的友誼，以及老師學生之間的信任。
而這正正就是我們的宗旨。有鑑於以前CSK學生一直存在著不同的隔膜，我們希望能為同學作一個先驅，一步一步的打破學生長久已來的這種隔閡，慢慢的改善學校裡的不良風氣，製造一個向心力，團結同學的心，培養同學的歸屬感。我們提倡不單我們這學生會需要為學校付出，同學也應盡他們的一分力。我們強調權利與義務，既然同學接受了學校良好的教育，老師的不遺餘力的教導，同學便是學校的一份子，唇齒相依，應團結一致，為學校的未來著想，謀福祉。
為了達成以上的目標理念，CSK各位同學的支持是不可或缺的，我們需要大家的支持。盼望大家能對Forerunner投予信心的一票，讓我們為CSK的未來盡一點綿力。衷心感謝各位。
We are the Forerunner, a Student Association Cabinet in Chan Sui Ki (La Salle) College 2011-2012. Besides, we are organizing several new internal and external activities, which can provide our fellow students with opportunities to participate in different kinds of Extra-Curriculum Activities. Many of them are able to build a better relationship between students, teachers and parents, strengthen the friendship among students themselves and also among students and teachers. This is our spirit. Since there are quite a few estrangements among CSK students, hopefully we can break the gap and change this morale step by step, starting by us. We wish to make a centripetal force, uniting students minds, and bring up the sense of belonging to CSK. We promote not only us, the Student Association, need to contribute to our school, but our fellow students also need to do their part. We emphasize rights and duties, now that students receive good education from our school and teachers, we are all part of CSK, that cannot be separated. We should stand together as one, to do something for our school's future. To accomplish the vision stated above, supports from CSK students are indispensable, we need your support. We sincerely hope that you can vote for Forerunner, so that we are able contribute to our alma mater. Thank you very much.
