Andrea - TtT Graduate 2016
I joined TtT as a delegate when I was still an LCVP elect. I learnt so much from this experience that it helped me a lot with my functional operations. I could create better agenda flow for my area and team meetings, moderate and facilitate proper EP debriefing and also O2Os with my managers, create a better building for OPS contents and so much more.
Being a trainer is more than just standing on stage appearing to be charismatic, it's the attitude behind of empowerment, to inspire and be inspired that makes AIESEC trainers different from other trainers. I highly recommend any EBs and LTs to join this conference, it was a very worthwhile experience that benefited me entirely.

TtT is a place that offers you a challenging environment to learn and grow.
The best thing about TtT is not only about learning training skills, but also having the chance to learn from different people through observation, feedbacking, and trial and error. I stepped out of my comfort zone by designing my own session then delivering it to the audience on the Public Training Day. With the guidance and help from my coach, I was able to deliver my first ever session and receive feedback from my friends, the alumni of TtT, and other AIESECers. I really like how TtT reflects that AIESEC is really a platform for passionate young people to develop leadership in themselves as well as in their peers.
