思苗音樂教育文化 是陸俊敏於2009年創辦。宗旨為推廣香港音樂教育及文化發展。我們相信音樂能豐富生命，我們關注本地音樂教育及文化發展，結合英國的音樂和藝術教育經驗，發展器樂、聲樂及跨媒體創意音樂藝術教育 ，由個人音樂藝術推展至學校和社區。

按香港社會於音樂教育發展的獨特性及思苗的強大音樂教育網絡，我們發展靈活的上門器樂 / 聲樂訓練 。我們早年與香港教育學院合作，參與其藝術課程的審閱及發展工作，「思苗」還參與有關中國音樂及流行音樂的音樂及教育研究，與學校一同協作參與優質教育基金資助的音樂及藝術文化項目。應社區和不同學校的需要及其校本課程而度身訂做的創意音樂藝術課程。我們不單希望發展學生的音樂技能，更重要是培養他們的音樂情操、評賞能力及創意，好為他們預備跨學科學習。我們還為教育工作者提供創意音樂工作坊，裝備他們迎接新發展的跨學科藝術課程。

除此以外，「思苗」更與 Art Products Promotion (APP) 和 D’ART Research Unit合作，協助其當代藝術和文化發展項目。
