Live and enjoy life 🥰

Often times we focus on what we lack or want in the hopes that when we “HAVE IT”, we will be happier.

This is the constant “chasing” mentality because of our need to appease our egoic needs.

Growing up in an environment of lack and a drowning feeling that I was never good enough (mainly due to the critical nature of Asian adults around me), I get VERY tired of feeling like that when those types of people are around me.

Choosing not to feel that way, I find living in the moment is the ONLY time I am truly happy. This is one of those moments.

Around our kids, happy with my relationships and having freedom to roam - life is truly spectacular.

And if you want to complain, you can always find something to drown yourself into. So better choose consciously then let the mind choose for you.

Speaking derives from mindset. How you THINK, SPEAK and then take ACTION to create a more peaceful life? Or at least - a happier life?

I have seen many positive and negative attributes of different cultures and their way of thinking.

And every time I observe, listen and watch I realized every person has their own blueprint and it's essential to teach our BEST attributes (if the guardians are aware enough) to our youngsters.

Choice need to be made. How are you choosing?
