The Adventist Accrediting Association (AAA) is on our campus today and tomorrow for the Interim Evaluation.

AAA serves as the denominational accrediting authority for all tertiary and graduate programs under the Seventh-day Adventist Church. It also reviews and endorses secondary schools based on divisional commission recommendations.

This evaluation assesses not only our academic standards but also how we implement the Seventh-day Adventist philosophy of education to foster the unity and mission of the Church.

In May, kapok seeds take flight on the breeze, gently landing on our school lawn. Layer by layer, the cottony fluff drapes the grass in a soft new coat—a seasonal gift from nature. 🧡🌿

【🇬🇧 英國大學教授到訪｜走廊上的溫暖對話 ☕️】

今天非常榮幸迎接來自英國UWE Prof Jane到校參觀拜訪。除了了解學校的教學環境，教授特別走入校園走廊，與我們的學生展開親切對話——不只聊學習，更關心他們在學校的生活點滴、日常節奏與成長感受。

教授驚訝於學生們的自信與表達力，也對校園中自然流露的關懷氛圍留下深刻印象。這些真實的交流，正是教育最動人的部分。

我們相信，每一次跨文化的相遇，都是學生打開世界觀的一扇窗。

【🇫🇷 從巴黎到校園｜陳校長的法國教育與企業考察之旅】

上星期，陳校長跟隨直資議會其他校長遠赴法國巴黎，進行一連串企業參觀及學校參訪，深入了解當地在公共運輸管理與中學教育系統的最新發展。

行程重點之一，是參觀巴黎大眾運輸公司（RATP）。這間公共企業負責營運巴黎地鐵、巴士、路面電車及RER A、B線等關鍵交通網絡。校長們深入了解其企業管理模式，並探討如何將高效營運、團隊協作與系統思維，應用到學校行政與領導層面上。

此外，陳校長亦參觀了當地中學，了解法國的中學教育系統與最新的教學模式。透過與法國師生交流，互相分享教學經驗與校園文化，從中汲取值得借鏡的創新做法。

陳校長表示：「這次旅程讓我看到企業管理與學校管理之間的共通點——無論是交通網絡還是教育系統，最終都是為了『人』能走得更遠、更順暢。」

We are excited to share that last week, our Principal Chan joined other DSS principals on a study tour to Paris, France. The visit focused on enterprise management and secondary school education systems.

A key stop was the RATP (Régie Autonome des Transports Parisiens) , the public transport operator managing Paris Métro, buses, trams, and RER lines A & B. The delegation explored how this major public enterprise operates, and discussed how principles like system thinking, teamwork, and efficient management can be applied to school leadership and administration.

The team also visited local secondary schools in Paris to learn about the French education system and innovative teaching models. Through meaningful exchanges with teachers and students, they gained fresh perspectives on student engagement and cross-cultural learning.

Principal Chan reflected, “Whether in transport or education, it’s all about helping people go further — smoothly and together.”

本校男子籃球隊初級組在學界比賽中勇奪季軍，成績令人振奮，可喜可賀！尤其隊長傷癒復出，帶領全隊上下眾志成城，最終摘下季軍，充分展現了頑強拼搏、永不言棄的體育精神。

Our school's junior boys' basketball team has won the bronze medal in the inter-school competition — a truly commendable achievement! Having just recovered from injury, the team captain led the whole squad to unite as one and claim third place, fully demonstrating the sportsmanship of perseverance and never giving up.

🏓 More great news from our school’s Boys’ Table Tennis Team!

After our Boys’ A Grade successfully defended their championship title, our Boys’ C Grade has also achieved an outstanding result by winning the 3rd place in the inter-school competition.

With strong determination and excellent teamwork, both teams have made the school proud. The entire boys’ table tennis squad is in high spirits and full of momentum!

Keep it up — we look forward to more victories ahead!

Every Drop of Sweat Deserves Respect | Happy Labor Day

Our annual Swimming Gala is more than a competition of speed and strength. It is also a celebration of hard work, perseverance, and team spirit.

Every dive into the pool and every powerful stroke reflect the effort and determination of our students.

Their passion, discipline, and courage perfectly echo the meaning of Labor Day — honoring dedication and appreciating every sincere effort.

Labor Day is not only a time to pay tribute to workers.

It is also a reminder that every achievement comes from commitment, persistence, and wholehearted participation.

A big thank you to every student who gave their best in the competition, every teacher and classmate who cheered from the sidelines, and every staff member who worked behind the scenes.
Because of everyone’s contribution, this Swimming Gala became even more meaningful and memorable.

May we continue to move forward with gratitude, courage, and determination.

水運會的每一滴汗水，都值得被致敬｜勞動節快樂

一年一度的水運會，不只是速度與力量的較量，更是一場關於努力、堅持與團隊精神的見證。

在泳池裡，每一次躍入水中、每一次奮力划動， 都是同學們用汗水寫下的青春印記。而這份拼搏、這份不放棄的精神，正正呼應了勞動節的意義——致敬每一份認真，珍惜每一份付出。

勞動節，不只是向勞動者致敬，也是提醒我們：所有成果的背後，都離不開默默耕耘與全力以赴。

感謝每一位努力參賽的同學，感謝每一位在場邊吶喊打氣的老師和同學，也感謝每一位為活動付出的工作人員。因為有大家的投入，

過去兩年我校女子籃球隊(初級組）隊員一路拼搏，同冠軍擦身而過，連續取得兩年亞軍。雖然一直差少少，但全隊從未放鬆、默默苦練。
今年齊心衝刺，終於打破紀錄，首次奪得冠軍！🏆🥇🎊🎊🎊

Over the past two years, our School’s Junior Girls’ Basketball Team fought hard but fell just short of the title, finishing as runners-up both times. Despite coming so close, the team never gave up and kept training tirelessly.
This year, they pushed together, broke through the barrier, and won the championship for the very first time! 🏆🥇🎊🎊🎊
