In the Hong Kong Inter-School Dodgeball Championship, our team secured the first runner-up spot in the New Territories East Senior Secondary Division, later going on to finish fourth in the 69th Festival of Sport - Hong Kong Dodgeball (Multi-ball Style) Championship 2026. Although the championship slipped through their fingers, the students' performance was remarkable. Despite the blistering heat, they gave it their absolute all and earned a resounding round of applause from the audience—perfectly embodying LHK’s persevering fighting spirit!

全港中學學界閃避球比賽中，我校閃避球隊榮獲高中組新界東亞軍，並於第69 屆體育節全港閃避球(複球式)錦標賽2026中奪得殿軍。雖然未能奪冠，但學生表現非常出色，在炎熱天氣下仍然全力拼搏，贏得全場掌聲，展現了LHK堅持不懈的奮鬥精神。

Our school specially held “Ice Cream Cheer Day” before the revision week, to encourage and give support to our students who are about to face their exams. During morning assembly, the vice principal also commended students for their active participation in after-school activities throughout the year, as well as the progress and growth everyone has made in terms of character.
We hope this little bit of sweetness can become the strength that helps them keep moving forward.

今天學校於溫習週前特別舉辦了「雪糕打氣日」，為即將迎來考試的孩子們加加油、打打氣。早會上，副校長也表揚了同學們全年在課後活動中的積極投入，以及每個人品格的進步與成長。
希望這份小小的甜蜜，能化作他們繼續前行的力量。

Huang Chuyi attended the Youth Arch Student Improvement Student Award 2024-25 Award Ceremony and was awarded a scholarship of HK$1,000 in recognition of her continuous efforts to strive for improvement in both conduct and academic performance.

黃楚怡出席「青苗學界進步獎2024-25」頒獎典禮，她獲頒獎學金一千元，以表揚她在在品德及學業上加求進步。

At the award ceremony of the “Hong Kong Secondary School Vocational and Professional Education Competition,” LHK students Ma Ka Wai and Chen Xian Peng delivered a presentation to the Deputy Secretary for Education and a group of professors. Both students performed in a calm and well-mannered manner, which is appreciated.

本校馬嘉慧及陳顯鵬同學於「香港中學生職業專才比賽」頒獎禮上，向教育局副局長及一眾教授進行匯報。兩位同學表現沉穩得體，令人欣賞。

Students extend their classroom knowledge into real-life exploration through 天文及環境教育考察課程.
During the biology sessions, students engaged in hands-on observation of organisms and microscopic samples, using microscopes to explore the wonders of life and develop scientific inquiry skills. In the astronomy activities, students stepped outside the classroom to observe the night sky, experiencing the vastness and beauty of the universe.

在天文及環境教育考察課程中，學生透過生物考察及天文活動，將課堂知識延伸至真實世界。
在生物探索中，學生親手觀察生物及微觀樣本，透過顯微鏡深入了解生命的奧妙，培養科學探究精神。 在天文考察中，學生走出課室，仰望星空，觀察天體現象，感受宇宙的浩瀚與神奇。

On May 20th, the Student LED Club and the Band Club teamed up to host an incredible musical event! The excitement kicked off during morning assembly, where two LED Club members promoted the event in English. Later that day, we were treated to amazing performances by our talented band members and Ms. Fung Wing Kiu! To top it all off, the LED Club handed out over 450 custom-designed keychains specially made for this occasion.

當天早會時間，兩位 LED Club 的成員便率先用流利的英語為活動驚喜預熱！到了表演時段，現場更是高潮迭起——我們不僅見證了 Band 隊成員們熱血澎湃的超水準演出，更有馮穎翹老師的驚喜獻唱，簡直讓人大飽耳福！
更讓人驚喜的是，LED Club 還在現場大派福利，送出了超過 450 個為本次活動特別定制、獨家設計的紀念鑰匙扣！

Our school has won two major awards at the 2026 World Telecommunication and Information Society Day (WTISD-HK) Student Proposal Competition!
🏆 Most Active Participation School Award – Champion
With only three awards (Champion , 1st Runner-up, 2nd Runner-up) presented, our school achieved Champion, a remarkable recognition of our commitment and engagement.
🏆 Outstanding Submission Award
Cheng Sze Yee of Class 4C won this award for her proposal — "Elder Guardian Star: Smart Monitoring and Emergency Assistance Solution for Elderly Living Alone". She is one of 10 award-winning students in Hong Kong — an outstanding achievement!
A total of more than 110 students from across Hong Kong participated in the competition. Our school stood out thanks to the active participation and excellent performance of our students.

本校 4C班鄭思綺同學憑藉方案《「長者守護星」— 獨居長者智能監測與緊急求助方案》，成為全港10名獲獎學生之一，實屬難得！
是次比賽共吸引全港百多名學生參與，本校能夠脫穎而出，實有賴同學們的積極參與與出色表現。

LHK students participated in the "H2Future for Good Challenge", competing against over a thousand participants from across Hong Kong. They successfully advanced to the top 12 and eventually won the first runner-up. In the presentation and Q&A session with the judges, our students' performance was outstanding. We are truly pleased and encouraged by their progress and breakthroughs, and we are also grateful for the dedication of the teaching team.

本校學生於「氫建未來 · 小紅花科創向善挑戰賽」中，與全港逾千名參加者同場競逐，成功晉身12強，最終奪得亞軍。在匯報及即時回應評判提問的環節中，我們學生毫不怯場。為他們的進步與突破感到欣慰，亦感謝老師團隊的付出。

LHK students Chan Tsz Lok, Kwok Sze Yu, Chen Xin Tong, and Tsui Chung Yin received the Certificate of Commendation for Student Health Captains. This reflects their leadership skills and positive attitude as role-model Healthy Ambassadors within the school. The certificate also recognizes the efforts of all teachers and students in promoting a healthy culture on campus.

本校學生陳子樂、郭施宇、陳欣彤、徐仲彥四位同學獲得健康軍團嘉許狀，反映了他們在校內作為正向健康大使所表現的領導能力和積極態度；這份嘉許狀也肯定了全體師生在推動校園健康文化方面的努力。

A.S. Watson Group HK Student Sports Award

Class 4C student You Sheung Wa has received the “A.S. Watson Group HK Student Sports Award.”

At school, Sheung Wa actively participates in different activities and competitions. He has also represented our school in various external events, including dodgeball, track and field, and other sports.

We hope all the athletes in LHK will continue to enjoy sports, keep working hard, and achieve even greater success in the future.
