✨ HKU’s first formal welcome to our new students! Meet the University’s leaders and senior academics, connect with fellow students and participate in the Robing Ceremony. Celebrate the start of your university journey by donning HKU’s signature Green Gown and becoming part of a proud tradition that unites generations of HKU students.
👔 Dress Code: Formal attire and shoes
(Green Gown will be provided for the Robing Ceremony)

🔒 Registration starts at 10 am, 19 August 2026 (Wed). The system will close once the quota is reached.
🎟️ Due to limited seating, only students presenting a valid registration QR code will be admitted to the venue. Please have your QR code ready upon arrival.

Since its launch in March 2026, our first cohort of 10 student volunteers has already provided 100+ free haircuts to elderly beneficiaries in the community 🙌
