၁။ ဘယ်အားကစားမေဂျာတွေလျှောက်လို့ရမလဲ
အောက်ကပုံမှာ ပါတဲ့မေဂျာ အကုန်လျှောက်လို့ရပါတယ်။

၂။ Scholarship Feesဘယ်လောက်ရမလဲ
တစ်နှစ်ကို USD 20500ရပါမယ်။ ‌Bachelor degree programဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လေးနှစ်တတ်ရမှာပါ။ တစ်လကို HKD 13000ကျော်ရပါမယ်။

၃။ ‌ဘယ်လို လျှောက်မလဲ
1. http://www.admo.cityu.edu.hk/apply ဒီလင့်မှာ အကောင့်ဖွင့်ရပါမယ်။
2.OAES Nomination formကို http://www.cityu.edu.hk/sds/web/pdf/ ဒီလင့်မှာ ဒေါင်းလုပ်ဆွဲပီး ဖြည့်ရပါမယ်။
3. လက်ရှိ Club Coach or Organizationရဲ့ Recommendation letterလိုပါတယ်။
4.ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ Academic Transcriptsတွေ IELTS or TOFFELတွေ submit လုပ်ရပါမယ်
5.CV နဲ့ personal resume ကို ပေးရမှာပါ။ Personal Resume အတွက်က 15-20မိနစ် အတွင်း ကိုယ့်ရဲ့တစ်ကယ်ပြိုင်ပွဲတစ်ခုမှာ ပြိုင်နေတဲ့ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ Sport performanceကို ပြနိုင်တဲ့ Videoဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။ အဲမှာ ကိုယ့်အသင်းရဲ့ ဂျာစီအရောင် ကိာယ့်ကျောနံပါတ်အစရှိသဖြင့်လည်း သေချာပြတ်သားဖို့လိုပါတယ်။

၄။ ဘယ်မှာ လျှောက်ရမလဲ
အပေါ်မှာပြောထားတဲ့အချက်တွေအကုန် ပြည့်စုံပြီဆိုရင်တော့ ဒီ [email protected] မှာ ကိုယ့်Application ကို Submitလုပ်ရုံပါပဲ။
အရွေးခံရတဲ့ကျောင်းသားက Universityဝင်ခွင့်ရရှိမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လေးနှစ်စာလျာထားတယ်ဆိုပေမယ့် Scholarship feesကိုတစ်နှစ်တစ်ခါ Renew လုပ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်တစ်နှစ်ကို GPA2.5အထက်‌တော့ ရဖို့လိုပါတယ်။

အပိုင်း၁မှာ လျှောက်ဖို့ ဘာတွေလိုအပ်လဲရေးပြီးပြီမို့ ဒီအပိုင်းမှာတော့ ကျန်နေတဲ့အချက်အလက်လေးတွေနဲ့ ဆောင်ရန် ရှောင်ရန်လေးတွေ ပြောပြပါ့မယ်။
1. Application fees
ဒီစကော်လာက Application fees နည်းနည်းစီသွင်းရပါတယ်(Nearly HKD 500 per university)။ နှစ်ကျောင်းလျှောက်တာမို့နှစ်ခါပေးရပါတယ်။ Application feesက စကော်လာရရ၊ မရရ ပြန်မပေးပါဘူး။ Non refundableပါ။ ပေးတာကတော့ Visa or master cardနဲ့ပေးလို့ရပါတယ်။

2.English Proficiency Test
သူက Officially IELTS or TOFFELလိုပါတယ်။ UFLနဲ့တစ်ခြား အပြင်သင်တန်းတွေက Certificateတွေ လက်မခံပါဘူး။ ဒါပေမယ့် IELTS or TOFFEL မဖြေရသေးလည်း လျှောက်လို့ရပါတယ်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက University Courseတွေက Englishလိုချည်းရေးထားတာမို့ University levelမှာ Englishလိုသင်ခဲ့ကြောင်းထောက်ခံစာယူပြီး အဲဒါကို Application မှာ Submitလုပ်နိုင်ရင်ရပါတယ်။ ဒီရောက်ရင်တော့ English courseတစ်ခု ယူရပါတယ်။

3. Research Field ဘယ်လိုရွေးမလဲ
သူကတော့နည်းနည်း ကျယ်ပြန့်ပါတယ်။ ဒီမှာ Universityဖွဲ့စည်းပုံက အဓိက University nameရဲ့အောက်မှာ Collegeတွေ Schoolတွေရှိပါတယ်။ Schoolတစ်ခုချင်းစီအောက်မှာမှ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာနအသီးသီးရှိပါတယ်။ ဌာနအသီးသီးမှာမှ Research groupတွေ သပ်သပ်ရှိပါတယ်။ အဲတော့ ကိုယ်က အရင်ဆုံး ဘယ်Fieldစိတ်ဝင်စားလဲဆုံးဖြတ်ရပါမယ်။ Fieldရွေးတဲ့နေရာမှာလည်း အမျိုးမျိုးရွေးချယ်လို့ရပါတယ်။ ဥပမာကိုယ်ကမြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ Physicsနဲ့ပီးထားရင် ဒီဘက်မှာ Biomedical Science, Environmental and Engineering, Chemistry, MSE, အစရှိသဖြင့် ဌာနတွေအများကြီးရွေးလို့ရပါတယ်။ အဲထဲကနေမှာ Groupရွေးရတာမို့ ဆရာရှာရတာ ရွေးချယ်စရာ များပါတယ်။

4. Supervisor ရွေးတာ
ဒီစကော်လာက နှစ်ယောက်ရကို ရရမှာမို့ ဆရာနှစ်ယောက်ရဖို့က ပုံမှန်အားဖြင့် ခက်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် ကိုယ်လည်းသူတို့groupက လုပ်နေတာတွေ စိတ်ဝင်စားတယ်၊ ကိုယ့်Academic Backgrondနဲ့လည်း နည်းနည်းတူတယ်ဆိုရင် တစ်ယောက်နှစ်ယောက်ပဲပို့ပြီး Replyပြန်တာ စောင့်နေတာထက်စာရင် ရှိသမျှဆရာ အကုန်ပို့တာအကောင်းဆုံးပါပဲ😹။ နောက်ပြီး လျှောက်မယ်မှ စိတ်ကူးရင် Applicationစခေါ်မှ ဆရာကိုထပြီး ရှာတာထက်အစောကတည်းက Universityရဲ့ Websiteတွေထဲဝင်ပြီး ကြိုရှာထားတာ စာဖတ်တာ လေ့လာတာ မိတ်ဆတ်တာတွေ လုပ်ထားတာအကောင်းဆုံးပါပဲ။ စောစောပို့နိုင်လေ ကိုယ့်အတွက်အခွင့်အရေး များလေပါပဲ။ ဥပမာ ကိုယ်ကဖောင်ပိတ်ခါနီးတစ်လလိုမှ သို့မဟုတ်ရက်ပိုင်းလိုမှပို့နေရင် ဆရာတွေကလည်း သူတို့ဂရုတွေအတွက် တစ်ခြားနိုင်ငံက ကျောင်းသား ရွေးထားပြီးသားဖြစ်နေရင် ကိုယ့်အတွက်အခွင့်အလမ်းနည်းပါတယ်။

4. Research Proposal
အဲဒါကလည်း Applicationမတိုင်ခင်ကတည်းက ကိုယ်လုပ်ချင်တဲ့သုတေသနနယ်ပယ် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ကိုယ်မိတ်ဆတ်ချင်တဲ့ဆရာရဲ့ သုတေသနနဲ့ပတ်သတ်တဲ့
နယ်ပယ်တစ်ခုခုကို ကြိုတင်ရှာထားပြီး စာကြိုဖတ်ထားသင့်ပါတယ်။ စာဖတ်ပြီးသွားရင်တော့ ကိုယ့်ဆရာတစ်ယောက်ယောက် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ကူညီပေးနိုင်မယ့် စီနီယာတစ်ယောက်နဲ့တိုင်ပင်ပြီး ကြိုရေးထားသင့်ပါတယ်။ Research proposalမှာ ရေးထားတဲ့အတိုင်း ဒီဘက်ရောက်လာတဲ့အခါ သုတေသနလုပ်ချင်မှ လုပ်ရမှာပေမယ့် ကျမတို့မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေနဲ့ဆို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက တက္ကသိုလ်တွေက Rankingနိမ့်တာရယ် လျှောက်တဲ့သူတွေက International publicationsမရှိတာရယ်ကြောင့် ကိုယ့်Research proposalဟာ ထိုက်သင့်သလောက်ကောင်းမွန်နေဖို့ လိုကိုလိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

5.GPA
သူကလည်း အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။ စကော်လာပေးမယ့် SGSက GPAအမြင့်အနိမ့်အလိုက် ကျောင်းသားတွေစီပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်ကGPAမြင့်တယ်ဆိုရင် ထိပ်ပိုင်းCandidate listsမှာ ပါတာမို့ ရဖို့အခွင့်အရေးများပါတယ်။

6. International publications
သူကတော့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံပြည်တွင်းကပဲ မာစတာပီးထားတဲ့ ကျောင်းသူကျောင်းသား၊ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ဝင်နေတဲ့ ဝန်ထမ်း အစရှိသဖြင့်ဆို International publicationsရှိဖို့ ခက်ပါတယ်။ စိတ်မကောင်းစရာတစ်ခုက မြန်မာ ပြည်တွင်းက ဘယ်ဂျာနယ်က Paperကိုမှ Countမလုပ်ပါဘူး။ International Impact Factorမရှိလို့ပါ။ တစ်ခြားနိုင်ငံတွေကလာလျှောက်တဲ့ Candidatesတွေ ဥပမာ ရုရှား၊ ဂျာမနီ၊ ယူအက်စ်က ကျောင်းသားတွေက သူတို့မာစတာကျောင်းသားဘဝမှာကတည်းက international publicationsရှိပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ဖြစ်နိုင်ရင် International publications at least one paper ရအောင်လုပ်ထားနိုင်ရင်အကောင်းဆုံးပါပဲ။ မရှိလည်း လျှောက်လို့ရပါတယ်။ ကျမတို့တွေလည်း ဒီအတိုင်းလျှောက်တာမို့ပါ😹

လျှောက်ဖို့ ဘာတွေလိုအပ်မလဲ??
1. Application Form

8. ကိုယ်တတ်ချင်တဲ့University နှစ်ခုရွေးရပြီး အဲက တစ်ကျောင်းကို Supervisorတစ်ယောက်စီ စုစုပေါင်းနှစ်ယောက်လိုပါတယ်။ အောက်မှာတစ်ချက်ချင်းစီ ပြန်ရှင်းပါ့မယ်။

1. Application Form
သူကတော့ ပုံမှန်နှစ်စဉ် Sept1 ရက်နေ့ဆို Call Application က စပြီး Deadline က Dec (1) ရက်နေ့မို့သုံးလတိတိ ‌လျှောက်ဖို့အချိန် ရပါတယ်။ Application Form က Online Application Account ဖြစ်ပြီး အဲဒါဖြည့်ဖို့အတွက် HKPFS Official Websiteထဲမှာ အရင် Initial Application Form အရင်ဖြည့်ရပါတယ်။ Personal Information (Name, NRC no. etc), Gmail address,သူတို့ပေးထားတဲ့ University 8ခုထဲက ကိုယ်လျှောက်ချင်တဲ့ University နှစ်ခုနာမည် သို့ တစ်ကျောင်းက ဌာနနှစ်ခုနာမည်၊ Research Proposal Title အစသဖြင့်ဖြည့်ရပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်ဖြည့်ခဲ့တဲ့ Gmail address ကို Online Application Accountကို ၀င်ဖို့ link, User ID and Password ပို့ပေးပါတယ်။ အဲမှာ စိတ်ကြိုက်ဖြည်းဖြည်းချင်း ၀င်ဖြည့်နေရုံပါပဲ။ ဒီနေရာမှာ ပြောချင်တာက ရှစ်ကျောင်းထဲက နှစ်ကျောင်းရွေးရတာမို့ Online Account ကနှစ်ခု ဖြည့်ရပါတယ်။ ကျောင်းပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး နည်းနည်းပုံစံကွဲပေမယ့် အထဲက ဖြည့်ရတဲ့Dataတွေက အကုန်နီးပါးအတူတူပါပဲ။ ဒါကြောင့် တစ်ကျောင်းအတွက်အဆင်သင့်ဖြစ်ပြီဆို နောက်တစ်ကျောင်းအတွက်ပါ အကုန်နီးပါး ရယ်ဒီပါပဲ။

2,3,4,5 Documentsတွေ

နံပါတ် (၂,၃,၄,၅) က လိုအပ်တဲ့ Documents အားလုံးဟာ Englishလိုပဲ ဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။ မြန်မာလို ရေးထားတယ်ဆိုရင် နိုထြီပြန်ထားရပါမယ်။ အကုန်လုံးကို ကိုယ့်ရဲ့Application Accountမှာပဲ Submitလုပ်ရုံပါပဲ။ English အတွက်ကတော့ IELTS 6.5နဲ့ TOFFEL 550 တစ်ခုခုပြနိုင်ရပါမယ်။

6. Recommendation Letter နှစ်စောင်
ဒါကတော့ ကိုယ့်ကို Recommend ပေးနိုင်မယ့် ကိုယ့်ဆရာ၊ ဌာနမှူး၊ အလုပ်ရှင် သို့မဟုတ် ပါမောက္ခ၊ ပါချုပ် အစရှိသဖြင့် ရွေးရမှာပါ။ ကိုယ့် Online application accountမှာ သူတို့ရဲ့နာမည်နဲ့ Gmail adressကို ဖြည့်ရပါတယ်။ ပြီးရင် Recommendation letterကို downloadဆွဲရပါမယ်။ Recommendation letterမှာ အပိုင်းနှစ်ပိုင်းပါပါတယ်။ တစ်ပိုင်ူက လျှောက်မယ့်သူက Application Number, and personal informationနည်းနည်းဖြည့်ရပါတယ်။ ဖြည့်ပြီးရင် ကိုယ့်ကို Recommendationပေးမယ့် ဆရာ၊ ဆရာမဆီကို Email ပို့ပေးရပါတယ်။ သူကနေမှဒုတိယပိုင်းကို ဆက်ဖြည့်ပြီး ကိုယ့်လျှောက်ချင်တဲ့ Universityတွေကို ပို့ရတာပါ။ အပေါ်မှာ ပြောခဲ့သလို ကျောင်းကနှစ်ကျောင်းမို့ Recommendation letterနှစ်စောင်လိုပါတယ်။

7. Research Proposal
သူက ဒီဘက်ရောက်တဲ့အခါ ကိုယ်သု‌ေတသနလုပ်ချင်တဲ့ ဧရိယာကိုရေးရပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်ရွေးထားတဲ့ Supervisorနဲ့ ကိုက်ညီတဲ့Fieldဆို ပိုကောင်းပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် စကော်လာရသွားလို့ ဒီဘက်ရောက်လာတဲ့အခါ အဲဒါကိုပဲ လုပ်ရတဲ့သူကတော့ရှားပါတယ်။ ဒီရောက်လာတဲ့အခါ ဆရာကခိုင်းတာ သို့မဟုတ် သူProject fundingရှိတာအပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး သုတေသနလုပ်ရပါတယ်။ နောက်ပြီးကိုယ်က Uniနှစ်ခုရွေးထားရင်တော့ Proposalကတစ်စောင်ဆိုရပြီး တစ်ကျောင်းထဲကို ဌာနနှစ်ခုရွေးထားရင်တော့ နှစ်စောင်ရေးရပါမယ်။

8. Supervisorနှစ်ယောက်
ဒါကတော့ ဒီစကော်လာရဲ့ ခက်ခဲတဲ့အပိုင်းမှာ ပါပါတယ်။ Proposed Supervisorနှစ်ယောက်က Application form submitမလုပ်ခင်မှာ ရကိုရ,ရပါမယ်။ Supervisor နှစ်ယောက်နာမည် သူတို့ရဲ့ Email addressအစရှိသဖြင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Information မဖြည့်နိုင်ပဲ Application form submitလုပ်လို့မရသလို လုပ်ခဲ့ရင်လည်း လျှောက်ခ Applicaton feesကုန်မှာကလွဲလို့ မထူးပါဘူး။ ဒါကြောင့် ကိုယ်ဘယ်သုတေသနလုပ်ချင်တာလဲ? သူတို့ပေးထားတဲ့ရှစ်ကျောင်းထဲက ဘယ်ကျောင်းမှာ တတ်ချင်တာလဲ? ဒါမှမဟုတ် ကိုယ့်ကိုဘယ်သူက သူ့ကျောင်းသားအဖြစ်လက်ခံမလဲ အစရှိသဖြင့် သေချာစဉ်းစားဆုံးဖြတ်ရွေးချယ်ပြီးမှ ဆရာတွေဆီ မိတ်ဆတ်စာရေးရပါတယ်။ တစ်ချို့ကreplyပြန်သလိုတစ်ချို့ကလည်း Replyကို မပြန်ပါဘူး။ တစ်ချို့က အင်တာဗျူးနည်းနည်းလုပ်ပီးမှ လက်ခံသလို တစ်ချို့ကမလုပ်တော့ပဲ ကိုယ်ပို့လိုက်တဲ့ CV, research Proposal, Publications, အစရှိသဖြင့်ကိုကြည့်ပြီး တန်းလက်ခံတဲ့သူတွေလည်း ရှိပါတယ်။ ဒီစကော်လာက Government to Governmentသွားတဲ့ စကော်လာမဟုတ်ပဲ နိုင်ငံတစ်ကာက ကျောင်းသားတွေနဲ့အပြိုင်ဝင်တိုးရတဲ့စကော်လာ ဖြစ်တာမို့ ဆရာတွေကလည်း သူ့ဆီလာလျှောက်တဲ့ကျောင်းသားကို သူရွေးချင်တဲ့သူ သူလိုအပ်တဲ့ကျောင်းသားဦးရေအလိုက် ရွေးမှာပါပဲ။ ဒါကြောင့် Proposal, GPA ကောင်းကောင်း နဲ့ Internal Publicationsတွေရှိရင် ကိုယ့်အတွက် ပိုအားသာပါတယ်။
ဒါတွေရှိရင်တော့ အခြေခံအားဖြင့် စလျှောက်လို့ရပါပြီ။

၅. လျှောက်ထားသည့် အချိန်တွင် IELTS/ TOEFL/ PTE တို့ မလိုအပ်သေးသော်လည်း

လျှောက်ထားပြီး ရရှိပါက University ၀င်ခွင့်အတွက် လိုအပ်ပါမည်။

၆. မိမိ လေ့လာခဲ့သော ဘာသာရပ် အလုပ်အတွေ့အကြုံနှင့် နီးစပ်သော ဘာသာရပ်ကို လျှောက်ထားပါက ရရှိနိုင်ခြေ များပါသည်။

၇. အင်တာဗျူး အတွက်ရွေးချယ် ခံရသူသည် IELTS မရှိလည်း အင်တာဗျူးကို ဖြေရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အကယ်၍ မိမိမှာ စကောလားရှစ်အတွက် ရွေးချယ်ခံရပါသော်လည်း အင်္ဂလိပ်စာ အားနည်းနေပါက ၆ လ သင်တန်းကို အခမဲ့ ထားပေးပါသည်။

၈. လျှောက်ထားရမည့် Deadline မှာ April 30, 2021 ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
