不知不覺，幼兒班的小朋友已經在東華三院黃士心幼稚園上課第100天了！🥳

他們邀請了家人一起參與100天上課活動，老師預備了幼兒班的成長片段👶🏻，小朋友更精心準備了表演- 《顏色筆🖍️》給家人觀賞，並與家人玩遊戲😍。

家長也寫下了他們對子女的期望，與小朋友一起貼在課室外的許願樹上🌳，寄語家長和學校會一同努力攜手陪伴幼兒成長🏠👶🏻🏫。

感謝家長在這充滿愛的氛圍中陪伴幼兒渡過第100天的上課日☺️。祝願幼兒班的小朋友在接下來的學習生涯中繼續健康快樂地成長！🩷
✨ Without realizing it, the K1 children at TWGHs Wong See Sum Kindergarten have already reached their 100th day of school! 🥳

They invited their families to join the “100 Days of School” celebration. Teachers prepared a video showcasing the children’s growth 👶🏻, while the little ones thoughtfully presented a performance — “Color Pencils” 🖍️ — for their families to enjoy, followed by fun games together 😍.

Parents also wrote down their hopes and wishes for their children, and together with them, placed these messages on the “Wishing Tree” 🌳 outside the classroom. This symbolizes the joint effort of parents and the school in accompanying the children’s growth 🏠👶🏻🏫.

We sincerely thank the parents for being part of this loving atmosphere and for accompanying the children on their 100th day of school ☺️. May our K1 children continue to grow up healthily and happily throughout their learning journey! 🩷

本園早前舉辦了十一、十二月份的特色生日會🎂，當日小朋友們化身為運動選手及小教練，熱情參與我們的「迷你運動會」🏃🏻‍♂🤸🏼‍♀。小朋友更化身足球小將、跆拳道教練、游泳選手，歡笑聲此起彼落，度過了一個既愉快又充滿活力的慶祝時光😄！

✨ 🎊 Special Birthday Celebration for Children Born in November and December 🎉
Our kindergarten recently held a birthday party for children born in November and December 🎂. On that day, the children transformed into athletes and little coaches, enthusiastically participating in our Mini Sports Day 🏃🏻‍♂🤸🏼‍♀. They dressed up as young soccer players, taekwondo instructors, and swimmers, filling the air with laughter and joy as they celebrated with energy and excitement 😄!

Through this event, we not only sent heartfelt birthday wishes to our little stars 🎉 but also encouraged all the children to develop team spirit and a love for sports through play.
Wishing all the children born in November and December a very happy birthday 🎂 — may you grow up healthy and strong 👧🏻👦🏻💪🏻!

🌱K3上學期學習成果展：「地球是我家，環保靠大家」🌍

為了讓家長深入了解孩子們的學習歷程與成長點滴，本園舉辦了主題為「地球是我家，環保靠大家」的K3學習成果展。此次活動結合繪本教學與環保教育，讓幼兒在寓教於樂的過程中，培養環保意識與表達能力。
活動當天，小朋友們齊聲朗讀繪本《好慢、好慢、好慢的樹懶》，更化身為森林中的各種動物，演出自創環保小話劇《樹懶慢慢說：我們一起救地球》，演繹出小動物因氣溫變化帶來的影響。活動尾聲，小朋友與家長一同寫下環保承諾卡，貼在象徵希望與行動的「環保承諾家庭樹」上，象徵每一個家庭都能為地球盡一份心力。
透過這次成果展，小朋友們用行動告訴大家：即使年紀小，也能從日常生活做起。

✨ 🌱 K3 First-Semester Learning Showcase: “The Earth is Our Home, Protecting It Together” 🌍
To help parents gain deeper insight into their children’s learning journey and growth, our kindergarten held a K3 Learning Showcase themed “The Earth is Our Home, Protecting It Together.” This event combined picture-book–based teaching with environmental education, allowing children to cultivate eco-awareness and communication skills in a fun, engaging way.
On the day of the showcase, the children read aloud the picture book "Slowly, Slowly, Slowly, Said the Sloth" and transformed into various forest animals to perform their student-created environmental play, "The Sloth Speaks Slowly: Let’s Save the Earth Together," illustrating how animals are affected by climate change.
At the end of the event, children and parents wrote their environmental pledges on cards and placed them on the symbolic "Family Tree of Environmental Promises." This represented hope and collective action and showed that every family can contribute to protecting our planet.
Through this showcase, the children demonstrated that, even at a young age, they can start making a difference in their daily lives.

🦷 賽馬會幼童健齒計劃 🦷
本園已於2025年11月17日（星期一）順利舉行「賽馬會幼童健齒計劃」。當日由香港大學牙醫學院的專業醫護團隊👩🏻‍⚕👨🏻‍⚕親臨本園，為幼兒進行口腔健康檢查🪥，評估牙齒發展情況並提供護齒建議。

透過是次活動，幼兒不僅提升了對口腔衛生的認識，也學習到正確的刷牙方法，為建立良好的護齒習慣打下穩固基礎。期望每位小朋友都能擁有健康潔白的牙齒，展現自信燦爛的笑容😊！

🪥 幼兒護齒小貼士

1. 每天刷牙兩次 ：早上起床後及晚上睡前各刷一次，每次約兩分鐘。
2. 使用兒童專用牙刷與牙膏 ：選擇柔軟刷毛及含氟量適中的牙膏。
3. 刷牙時要輕柔 ：避免用力過猛，以免傷害牙齦。
4. 定期更換牙刷 ：每三個月更換一次，或當刷毛磨損時立即更換。
5. 少吃甜食，勤喝水 ：減少糖分攝取，有助預防蛀牙。
6. 定期檢查牙齒 ：建議每半年進行一次口腔檢查，及早發現問題。

✨ 🦷 Jockey Club Children's Oral Health Program
Our kindergarten successfully held the "Jockey Club Children's Oral Health Program" on Monday, November 17, 2025. On that day, a professional dental team from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Hong Kong 👩🏻‍⚕👨🏻‍⚕ visited our school to conduct oral health check-ups for the children, assessing their dental development and providing useful dental care advice 🪥.
Through this activity, the children not only enhanced their awareness of oral hygiene but also learned correct brushing techniques, which laid a solid foundation for developing good dental habits. We hope all the children will enjoy healthy, sparkling teeth and show their confident, radiant smiles 😊!

🪥 Dental Care Tips for Children

Brush your teeth twice daily: in the morning after waking and before bedtime, for about two minutes each time.
Use a children's toothbrush and children's toothpaste: choose a brush with soft bristles and a toothpaste with an appropriate fluoride level.
Brush gently: avoid brushing too hard to prevent gum injury.
Replace the toothbrush regularly — every three months, or sooner if the bristles are worn.
Eat fewer sweets and drink more water: reducing sugar intake helps prevent cavities.
Have regular dental check-ups; they are recommended every six months to detect problems early.

🚨火警演習🚨
為了加強幼兒對火災應變的認識與自我保護能力，本園定期舉行火警演習。透過模擬真實火警情境，引導幼兒在緊急狀況下學習如何保持冷靜，並在老師的帶領下有秩序地撤離至安全地點。

在演習過程中，幼兒不僅能實地體驗逃生流程，還能學習基本的防火常識，並認識「逃生三寶」—— *門匙、毛巾、手提電話* ，了解它們在緊急時刻的重要性。

✨ To strengthen children's awareness of fire emergency response procedures and their self-protection skills, our kindergarten regularly conducts fire drills. Through simulations of real fire scenarios, teachers guide the children to remain calm during emergencies and are led by teachers to a safe location in an orderly manner.
