Organizational and Personal Image Management (企業及個人形象管理) This is an interactive course looks at image at organizational and personal level.

It aims to develop students’ knowledge and understanding on key concepts related to image management. Theories related to image management, leadership, marketing, psychology, crisis management and brand building will be discussed. Participants can apply these concepts to enhance their own image and organization image.
