Four years have passed since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, and HongKongers have faced numerous challenges along the way👣 Fortunately, we are now returning to our normal lives. As we step into 2024 with renewed hope🌟, let’s reflect on the lessons learned during these trying times. We had a wonderful gathering on Thursday and it was a pleasure 😘to have each and every one of you present. Despite being in the midst of mid-term exams, we had a respectable turnout for our Halloween meeting. It is evident that our members possess excellent time management skills. 🥳The theme of the meeting was time travel adventures, and we were delighted to hear our members' stories on this topic. Toastmaster is an international English speaking club founded in 1924.🤓 Since Toastmasters began, members have benefited from the organization’s communication and leadership programs. Toastmasters International have over 15,800 clubs and more than 300,000 members in approximately 149 countries.🤩
What does our club do? 🤪
We are proactive United College students who gather every other Thursday. We are eager to establish a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone, even if you are timid to speak, in order to inspire members to challenge themselves.💪💪
We provide you with a welcoming practice space! 😎This is definitely the ideal site for you if you want to increase your social circle and reduce social anxiety! At first, we seemed not very proficient. Your willingness to push yourself beyond of your comfort zone is what matters. 🫂
