Sandy Fok, Partner, Student Advisor and Trainer
Sandy has over 20 years of senior management and directorate experience in many industries within the Swire Group. She had been an all-rounded business strategist and marketer, and had ample experience in leadership and talent development during her tenure as General Manager, Staff Development at John Swire and Sons HK Ltd, Swire's parent company. She coached and mentored numerous management trainees and continues to take an interest in youth and young executives leadership development.


Sandy founded her own consulting firm, Potent Minds in 2010, specializing in integrated business strategy consulting with organizational and leadership development training. She provides leadership coaching and counseling for business leaders at different management levels.

Sandy graduated with a Bachelors degree in Social Sciences with a major in Psychology and a Master degree in Behavioral Health, both from the University of Hong Kong. She integrates her practical managerial and leadership experience with mindfulness and awareness training, strength-based approach into many of her group-based training, development programs and in one-on-one counseling and coaching. She has a deep passion in developing people's leadership and performance through awareness training as well as discovery and alignment of values and motivation.

Sandy's professional training and her diversified experience in many different industry sectors and positions equipped her with a high level awareness, appreciation and sensitivity to many common issues that young people encounter as personal challenges during the adolescent years and early adulthood.

Sandy stays actively involved in community affairs. She was the immediate past Chairman of the Career Advisory Board of HKU. She has been the chairman of the HKU Graduate House Management Committee since 2008. She was a member of the HKMA Training Award Committee between 2007 and 2010. She was also Vice- Chairman of the HK Breast Cancer Foundation between 2007-2009. Recently she co-founded and co-designed a youth summer camp program, Project Sky, targeting under-privileged university students from China.

Edmond Yip, Advisor and Trainer, Talentbaba
Edmond has been a Founder and Director of a childhood educator in HK since 2015. His vision is to build a global chain of education centres specializing in teaching Chinese language to instill the joy of reading books in young children. Edmond is happily married with two boys.

Edmond joined a renowned management trainee programme in 2005 and had gained solid and extensive management experience through executive appointments to various business domains including sales, planning, network development and cargo in Hong Kong and San Francisco. Being trained and groomed to be a future business leader since the beginning of his career, strategic planning and ex*****on have become the core competencies of Edmond. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Edmond was a senior manager at a multinational conglomerate.

A proud graduate of the University of Hong Kong with a double degree in Business Adminstration and Laws, Edmond is giving back to his alma mater by serving as a member of the Graduate House Committee of Management Core Group.

Gary Wong, Advisor and Trainer, Talentbaba
Gary graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a BA (Translation) and obtained an LLB from the University of London. He was a British Chevening Scholar and received a Master of Studies in Diplomatic Studies at Oxford University.

Active in serving student-bodies, Gary was President of AIESEC in HK from 2005 to 2006. Under his leadership, AIESEC in HK received the UBS Global Excellence Award, Asia Pacific in 2006.

Gary now works actively in philanthropy and public affair sectors. He is Founder of InspiringHK Sports Foundation, dedicated to the betterment of HK through offering sports training and learning opportunities to underprivileged young people. Gary is a Governor of a local think tank, Path of Democracy and a member of Chatham House, a leading think tank on international affairs based in London.

Gary previously worked at Accenture in Bangalore, India. He also served Yip's Chemical as a senior management executive , with experience in business development, marketing, sales, strategic planning and talent management.

Andy Tsui, Founder, Trainer and Student Advisor, Talenbaba
Andy is a father of two sons, one studies Mathematics at the Oxford University with full scholarship and the other has completed the HKU Medicine Studies and is to join a Master Programme in Cambridge, also with full scholarship. He thinks that every child is a gift to the world, and has tremendous talents and potential to impact humanity for the better, regardless of the role he/she serves in the future.

Andy has designed and led numerous highly inspirational personal discovery, transformation, effectiveness and leadership programs for young people, managers and executives.

He was a Chartered Engineer, had served as the Vice-Chairman of the HK Institute of Human Resources Management, was a member of the HKU Career Advisory Board and was the Director of Training and Development of the PCCW Group as well as the Group Manager, People Development of HK Telecom under the Cable and Wireless Group.

He is the Founder of Talentstrength and Talentbaba, the former nurtures talent in many large commercial companies and public organisations.
