黑色暴雨警告訊號及八號烈風或暴風信號之安排 :
上課時間內懸掛 - 繼續上課，並按照正常時間下課。家長可自行決定提早接回學生，但學生不得自行早退。
早上七時前除下 - 全日課程如常
下午一時前除下 - 下午三時或以後之課程照常
下午一時後仍然懸掛 - 全日停課

取消的課程將不另補課。學費將不得扣除或退還。

Arrangements for Black Rainstorm and No.8 Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal:
During class - Classes in session will be completed at the scheduled time. Parents could pick up the students by their own decisions. But student cannot leave on their own.
Cancel before 7am - All classes remain unchanged.
Cancel before 1pm - Classes start after 3pm will be unchanged.
Cancel after 1pm - All classes will be cancelled.

No make up class will be arranged. School fee is non refundable.

As announced, The Observatory will issue the Gale or Storm Signal, No. 8 at 6:20 p.m. this afternoon, the school will adjust the opening hours as follow:

Hong Kong School
Classes after 4:45pm will be cancelled.

Kowloon School
ALL classes will be cancelled.
