Beautiful brain with a fabulous cerebellum.

One by one, we are pushing our students’ limit.

We as medical illustrators not only need to know how to draw but a big part of our work is research, interpret, represent, present, then, we illustrate.

This was an assignment, where my students needed to draw their own “nephron”. It’s not a bad first piece at all! Look forward to his labels.

Kidney by our PhD student.

Maybe people asked if the spleen was a kidney. Here is the kidney, right side.

To keep it simple, you can differentiate by the vessels going in and out of the organ.

After a long summer holiday, we are back to class.

We are quite impressed by our student’s work after his 8th class from our basic technique course. Minimal drawing experience is needed because we teach from ground zero. And here it is, a vertebrae.
