Our bond and our brand would only grow even stronger with your unwavering contributions and our evergreen brotherhood.
Dear Brothers,
We thank you for every effort to honour the Alma Mater for her 150th anniversary in 2012.
'Homecoming' has been the key spirit of all the 20+ events. 300 collegians presented a debut run at the marathon in smart red tees in February. The first shield stamp in Hong Kong issued in March was very well received by members of both the College and the community. A turnout of 6,860 was recorded at the Open Days in April.
More than 8,000 friends shared our glory and history at the eleven drama nights in October. Over 2,400 of us aged from 12 to 90+ bound in 192 tables in the same grand hall joined in rolling out our glorious sound earlier this month.
While we shared the joy of our boys who triumphed under the new benchmark with **, we shared the pain for our brother died in the Lamma collision with a budding career ahead of him. We cherished our unique 'AEMS' classes, as well as studies and suppers under the same roof with the courtesy of Openrice rating our canteen (dinner) a champion.
The end of the year marks both a bravo close to the celebrations and a living reminder to all of us. We of course aim at a perfect pitch, but some lines just don't rhyme. Our bond and our brand would only grow even stronger with your unwavering contributions and our evergreen brotherhood.
We wish you a happy 2013 with your peers, your family, your career, and the college we all love.
