ICS Secondary School Office is looking for individuals interested in summer data entry work. Reporting to the High School Principal and Secondary School Office Administrators, s/he will undertake a project to digitize and upload student files into the school database. The project period will be from June 17 to August 2, 2024 (some flexibility possible).

😀 What you will do:
🔹Review and retrieve specific/relevant documents from student files for scanning
🔹Scan, format, and upload documents into the school database
🔹Organize storage of physical files to be kept for compliance purposes
🔹Shred documents, files, and other documents as required

😀 We are looking for someone with these attributes:
🔹 Minimum high school graduate
🔹 Familiar with Google apps
🔹 Fluent written and spoken English
🔹 Some data entry experience preferred
🔹 Experience working as a team and also independently with minimal supervision
🔹 Ability to maintain confidentiality, work consistently and systematically

Our students are greatly inspired by the career journeys and stories they listened to on Career Days. If you (or your friends in your networks) want to share about your professional journeys, we welcome you to join us as speakers on Career Day 2024!

Wanted to share about this paid Fall Internship Program (referred by a faculty spouse) with Karis Consulting Group in the US – must be fast as the deadline is Sep 26th, 2022.

The Group provides community organizing, strategic advising, and coalition-building capacity for Asian American, Native Hawaiian, & Pacific Islander organizations, to help empower the community’s voice. Interns will provide support for client work in a variety of sectors, gaining valuable community organizing skills and building relationships with top leaders in the non-profit and government sectors. Other benefits include working with a small, collaborative team and flexible hours.
