We all remember kindness.
Twice nominated for the Nobel Prize, he was an amazing polymath. A Hungarian-American philosopher of science, systems theorist, and famous classical pianist, widely regarded as a founder of systems philosophy. A piano prodigy — performing his first concert with the Budapest Symphony Orchestra at just nine years old.
Over his lifetime, he authored around 75 books and more than 400 papers, served as editor of World Futures: The Journal of General Evolution, and was twice nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. He founded the Club of Budapest and the General Evolution Research Group, and in 2010 was elected an external member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, as well as receiving the Goi Peace Award in 2001.

Lello bookstore, 120 year anniversary, in Porto Portugal. This incredibly beautiful bookshop was the inspiration for JK Rowling .. you have to get a ticket and queue outside to get in, but it’s well worth it

Nobel laureates for literature in the hotel lobby! I’m in Porto at the ‘Babell’ literary Festival. Standing the back, Polish OLGA TOKARCZUK and Hungarian
LÁSZLÓ KRASZNAHORKAI.

‘ BABELL’ with double ‘L’ , as in this time of world disharmony wishing to recalling 
the biblical myth of the Tower of Babel, however meaning the opposite, as now affirming cultural and linguistic diversity as humanity's greatest wealth.

MUSA, , Museum of contemporary art in Sintra Portugal, , the best I have seen in Portugal. Absolutely mind- blowing and containing a fabulous collection by J Eduardo Lima Cascada.

Vibrational frequency is vital to both emotional and physical health. Every cell in your body wants to separate in the perfect frequency of health and two essential steps to encourage this
1- don’t get dragged into low frequency thoughts such as complaining, or worrying about finances, relationships and health.
2-take advantage of your brain your plasticity. You can change the wiring and habitual thinking. The way to do this is to focus on the positive. Consciously make yourself do whatever you find pleasant or makes you feel happy. Usually that’s something you’re looking at, such as admiring nature or art. Could be your pet and it could be a child.
