Me: Banana, you want to try?
Thirdy: Eww, no! (Gets a regular banana)
Thirdy: Open it
Me: Say please.
Thirdy: Please! This one is the real banana.
Me: There are many kinds of banana.

The Consulate General is pleased to invite the officers and members of your FilCom Organization to the UP VINTA Learning Caravan, organized by the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU).

The UP VINTA (University of the Philippines Ventures for International and Transformative Academia) program makes higher education more accessible to overseas Filipinos through open and distance e-learning (ODeL) and flexible learning options. It offers continuing education, skills development, and lifelong learning opportunities anchored on UP-quality education.

The Learning Caravan in Hong Kong will introduce the UP VINTA Program, promote awareness of accessible higher education, and strengthen linkages with our kababayans abroad.

We encourage our kababayans to attend and explore how UP VINTA can support their educational and professional aspirations.
