Uowcollegehk Legal Studies 香港伍倫貢學院 法律學課程 The Associate of Social Science in Legal Studies (ASocScLS) programme aims to:
1.

Associate in Legal Studies aims to provide students with knowledge about law and the fundamentals of legal systems and social science; equip students with competence to integrate legal and social science knowledge, and apply them to practical problems provide students with knowledge about law and the fundamentals of legal systems and social science;
2. equip students with competence to identify, interpret and integrate legal and social science knowledge, and apply them to practical problems; and
3. prepare students for further studies in social science and legal studies and employment that demand legal knowledge and skills.

課程學習目標

學生修畢課程後能夠：
評估影響政府、商界和個人決定的相關法律觀念、系統、過程和議題；
連繫社會科學的理論和概念於法律研究上；
連繫人文科學、社會與組織、科學和科技的主要觀念於社會法律的學科上；
以有條理和邏緝的態度去分析和整合複雜的資料如案例、法例、法律論點;
在口述和手寫兩方面達致清晰和有效的溝通；及
有效地進行學術研究。
