We are thrilled to share the success of the Food Tech Symposium, which took place on August 14th at the Hong Kong Exhibition Centre.🙌🏻

One of the highlights of the event was the insightful session led by Dr. Fong, a renowned expert in food science and innovation with over 30 years of experience. Dr. Fong shared her expertise on the development of additive-free foods and the promotion of “clean label” standards in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.🌱

As the Project Director of the Hong Kong Food Innovation and Technology Hub, Dr. Fong has been at the forefront of transforming scientific research into real-world food solutions. Her recent achievement—the launch of a non-alcoholic beer fermented with chrysanthemum and licorice—is a testament to her commitment to innovation and sustainability in the food industry.🍻✨
