Jonathan Chung

Jonathan Chung is a graduate of Hong Kong International School and attends the University of Chicago, majoring in History and minoring in Spanish. He is a co-creator of the Humanities II in Action course at HKIS, was Class President throughout High School and was voted by his peers for the school-wide Senior Leadership Award. He was also awarded the Hong Kong Government-issued Sir Edward Youde Memorial Scholarship. Jonathan looks forward to working with you!

Cornell University

Lindsey Luo graduated from Hong Kong International School and now attends Cornell University, intending to pursue an independent major in Biomimetics and Entrepreneurship at Cornell’s School of Engineering. She was the leader of the Math and Science tutoring center, the HKIS chapter of the National Honor Society, and the annual Interact fashion show. She was also awarded the school-wide Senior Scholar award by school faculty and gave the valedictory speech at her graduation. Lindsey is excited to work with you!

Who are we?

PearApp was founded by a team of students in hopes of facilitating the Common App process for future high school seniors.

We provide application guidance and essay editing at a fraction of what many consulting agencies charge without compromise in the quality or accuracy of the feedback we provide. Furthermore, each essay sent to us is read by at least two members of our team for consistency. Repeat for an unlimited number of revisions until you're satisfied with the final draft.
