🎉 Our GP Family Kickoff was a fantastic success today! 🍽️✨ Our teachers and Form 1 students gathered for a wonderful meal together to officially welcome the newest members of our school community! 🏫❤️

The gathering gave our teachers a meaningful opportunity to check in on how our Form 1s are adapting to secondary school life. 💬🌱 Beyond sharing good food, teachers offered valuable advice, guidance, and heartfelt support to help our newcomers smoothly transition and fully immerse themselves into campus life. 🤝🎓 Seeing the vibrant conversations and bright smiles across the room truly showed the strength and warmth of our GP Family! 🌟🌟

Our students have joined the ECF SWIMS Exploring Marine Biodiversity Programme by The SWIRE Institute of Marine Science (HKU). This is a 4 days intensive program where students experience training in Autonomous Reef Monitoring Structures (ARMS), eDNA, Ecological Survey Field Work and Snorkeling as well 🪸🐠

The GP Athletics team kicked off the year by competing in the Pegasus Tsuen Wan 10K, and they achieved fantastic results despite battling a super hot and humid day!
-Kriston Chiu (5C): 51:09
-Ram Ganesh (4C): 61:37 (First-time 10K!)
-Swagat Pun (4A): 61:38 (First-time 10K!)

They pushed through the tough weather with incredible hard work, and more importantly, everyone had a wonderful time! 🏃🏿🏃🏾‍♂️

Our House Cabinets spent an unforgettable day on the Adventure Ship mastering boat safety, knot-tying, and high-trust team challenges—from balancing on floating mats to holding each other up off the side of the boat!

Beyond the splashes, today laid a solid foundation of trust and teamwork to help our cabinet become effective, impactful student leaders. We’re so excited for a smooth-sailing and amazing year ahead! 🌊💙
