在怡寶中英文幼稚園，何銘欣校長常說，幼稚園教育不只是教孩子認字、唱歌、做功課，更重要的是陪伴孩子建立自信，也與家長一起面對成長路上的大小難題。由當年入行至今，她由助教、老師、主任，一步一步走到校長位置，多年來仍然堅持在學前教育前線，原因很簡單：「每年遇到不同的孩子和家長，一點一滴的幫助，皆是教育路上的堅持，有莫大的成功感。」
