講了LED燈的藍光問題已經有七、八年,講到口水都乾了,現在終於見到某著名燈商品牌,生產色温2400K的[防藍光標準]的天花燈,並且用[防藍光]作為招攬生意的手法。
2500K的燈光最黃,藍光最少。
6500K的燈光最白,但藍光最多。
你會揀那一種?

如果用LED的,又好光的,唔好望咁近,唔好玩咁耐。
小心閃吓閃吓的,可能會引發抽筋(腦癇)發作。

在十五的低視能訓練工作中,好像從未想過這種訓練與《奇異恩典》的一句歌詞「瞎眼今得看見」有關。
感謝有人提出,所以寫下此文去解釋兩者的關係。
兩年前文筆稚嫩,現今重新修訂此文:

在香港,如果想確定兒童是否有CVI,首先是經過醫生,例如腦科,去診斷腦部是否有損傷;而損傷是否影響視覺,則由眼科醫生及視光師作詳細檢查,去判斷兒童的視覺有沒有問題,以及問題在那些方面,例如視力、視野、對焦、斜視、弱視、立體感等等。
至於視障學校的低視能訓練老師,或視障學校為其他特殊學校所提供的資源老師,能替學生評估他/她的功能性視力,即是在視覺運用方面各種能力的情況。
另外,香港的衛生署有兒童體能及智力測驗中心,為學前幼兒作綜合評估,由兒科醫生、視光師及其他治療師等,為幼兒作全面評估,包括是否有腦受損、視覺障礙及CVI,並轉介合適的教育服務。
