One Two Swimming Club Shatin 沙田泳濤會為泳濤會的地區分會，主要於沙田區推廣游泳運動希望參與者能?

由泳濤會主教練陳仲維的兩位門生黎 sir (總教練 Kobe 哥哥) 及李 sir (領隊 Dave 哥哥) 開辦，而所有教練均為具有多年教學經驗的大專院校，於沙田、大圍、馬鞍山開辦小童、成人、親子泳班及游泳競賽訓練

訓練方法：以明快確切的方法打穩基礎，先以自由泳為根基，再根據不同學員的能力去教授蛙、蝶、背，減少單一訓練的沉悶性，提升學員興趣，藉此鍛練身體，並從訓練當中提升學員的精神層面，學懂集中、不怕艱辛、面對困難及克服壓力等
