🎨 【日月同樂・沙頭角跳島藝術遊 】邀請你慢慢看、靜靜感受藝術與地方

由長春社主辦、香村 合辦的《日月同樂：沙頭角跳島藝術遊》 鄉郊藝術復育計劃，於五月展開，邀請大家從沙頭角出發，走進吉澳、鴨洲、荔枝窩與梅子林，在海風、樹影與村落之間，遇見藝術，也重新感受地方的節奏與故事。

今年的藝術遊中，教大視覺藝術教育與創意實踐文學碩士MA(VAECP) 的同學也參與其中，作為學習的一部分，他們走進吉澳，透過觀察、傾聽與創作，回應地方的文化與環境。

在「香村」創辦人史嘉茵女士及課程 VAC6007當代藝術實踐批判的導師梁展峰先生及的帶領下，同學深入吉澳，進行實地考察，並為《日月同樂》創作。

在創作過程中，同學向在地紮作藝術家 李文生師傅 學習傳統竹藝工藝，並在尊重地方文化與環境的前提下，把這些技藝轉化為回應場域的藝術作品。作品散落於吉澳的古樹屋與鄉郊空間之中，靜靜地與村落、自然及生活痕跡共存 🌿。

𝙎𝙪𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙤𝙤𝙣 𝙃𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙮: 𝙎𝙝𝙖 𝙏𝙖𝙪 𝙆𝙤𝙠 𝙄𝙨𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙃𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙧𝙩𝙨 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙢𝙚, a rural arts revitalisation initiative organised by The Conservancy Association and co-organised by Fragrant Village, unfolds this May. The programme invites the public to set off from Sha Tau Kok and journey through Kat O, Ap Chau, Lai Chi Wo, and Mui Tsz Lam, encountering art amid sea breezes, tree shadows, and village landscapes, while reconnecting with the rhythms and stories of place.

This year, students from the Master of Arts in Visual Arts Education and Creative Practice (MA(VAECP)) at CCA, EdUHK also take part in the festival. As part of their learning, they entered Kat O to respond to its cultural and environmental context through observation, attentive listening, and creative practice.

Guided by 𝗠𝘀 𝗦𝗭𝗘 𝗞𝗮 𝗬𝗮𝗻, founder of Fragrant Village, and 𝗠𝗿 𝗟𝗘𝗨𝗡𝗚 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗴, 𝗝𝗲𝗳𝗳 instructor of the course VAC6007: Critical Perspectives in Contemporary Arts Practices, students engaged in site visits across Kat O and developed creative works for Sun and Moon Harmony.

During the creative process, students learned traditional bamboo craft techniques from local craft artist 𝗠𝗿 𝗟𝗘𝗘 𝗠𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴. With respect for the local cultural and environmental context, they explored how these traditional skills might be transformed into site-responsive artworks. The resulting works are scattered across Kat O’s ancient tree houses and rural spaces, quietly coexisting with the village, nature, and traces of everyday life 🌿.

【🎨 以批判實踐回應場域：MA(VAECP)同學走進吉澳的傳統竹藝紮作 🌿】

在導師梁展峰先生（LEUNG Chin Fung, Jeff） 的帶領下，同學以理論轉化為行動，走進由長春社主辦、香村合辦的《日月同樂：沙頭角跳島藝術遊》鄉郊藝術復育計劃，實踐一種結合當代藝術批判思維、鄉郊文化理解與創意實踐的方法導向學習模式。

在實地考察與創作過程中，同學向在地紮作藝術家 李文生師傅 學習傳統竹藝技藝 🎋，並透過批判理論與文化研究的視角，重新思考：

❓️當代藝術如何回應地方、歷史、生態與非物質文化遺產？

課程強調藝術實踐不只是造形與美學，而是一組具批判意識的實踐過程，包括：
👉 問題化（problematize）
👉 情境化（contextualize）
👉 表述與介入（articulate & intervene）

同學把傳統竹藝轉化為具場域意識的藝術介入，融入吉澳的古樹屋及鄉郊美化工程之中，讓藝術成為一種與社群、生態及文化記憶對話的實踐方式 🌱。

是次於吉澳的學習與創作，體現了本課程在批判與創意並行的理念下，培育學生發展藝術實踐與研究能力，並持續探索藝術在二十一世紀社會文化脈絡中的角色與責任。

2025/26 MA(VAECP) Capstone Project Exhibition

Celebrating creativity and innovation: The MA(VAECP) Capstone Project Exhibition was successfully launched on 19 March 2026 at the White Box, Tai Po Arts Centre. Let’s relive those wonderful moments together!

On 19 March 2026, our Associate Programme Leader, VAC6004 Coordinator & Lecturer Mr LAI Siu Wai Arrow hosted the opening of the 2025/26 MA(VAECP) Capstone Project Exhibition at the White Box, Tai Po Arts Centre. Heartfelt thanks to Dr LAU Leung Kwok Prudence (Acting Head of Department, CCA) and Professor HUNG Keung (Programme Leader) for taking the time to come and support our students! We also truly appreciate the support from the Faculty of Humanities.

MA(VAECP) students stepped into two of Hong Kong’s most international creative platforms — DesignInspire 2025 ✨ and deTour 2025 🎨.

At DesignInspire 2025, themed “Connecting the World · Inspiring Creativity” 🌍💡, our students explored over 260 local and international design brands. The exhibition revealed how design bridges culture, city, and everyday life 🏙️, offering fresh perspectives that enrich our artistic education and creative practice.

Meanwhile, at deTour 2025, one of Hong Kong’s largest annual design festivals, 🎭🌐 we engaged with exhibitions, workshops, and dialogues 💬, encountering the latest design trends and global viewpoints. This experience not only sparked creativity 🔥 but also provided rich inspiration and directions for our capstone projects 📚✨.

This school tour exemplifies the vision of MA(VAECP): blending theory with real‑world encounters 🎓, cultivating international perspectives 🌏 in contemporary art and design, and transforming creativity into meaningful educational practice 🌟.

【簡歷】
劉瑛，於2006年於中國美術學院畢業；現居香港。

個展包括：
2020「有物混成」，香港藝術中心
2024 藝術家駐地創作，上海獅語畫廊朱家角空
2024「玄冥有光」，上海獅語畫廊

2021 第二十九屆亞洲國際美術展，福岡九州藝文館

【藝術家自述】

劉瑛一直在探索抽象表達手法的可能性。它們涵蓋著人類行為、日出、河流、雷暴等各種現象。她的作品著重表達對於自然和生命的崇敬，而這壹創作精神其實遠超文化的限制，歡迎觀者各種的解讀——她作品中澎拜的筆觸既能讓人聯想到盤古開天的中國神話，也仿佛在宣泄激昂高漲的人類情感 。

任何抽象的筆跡，都是繪畫過程的一種紀錄。作為觀者，我們細賞劉瑛作品時，不單被肆意縱橫的筆觸、壯麗的用色及交錯的層次所攝，更會被畫面吸引去深思藝術家創作背後的每個抉擇和心路歷程。在我們嘗試串連層層相勾的筆觸和用色的時候，一切繪畫元素會在對立、抗衡、妥協或和解之中，成為反映我們生活中各種能量轉化的一面明鏡。
