看到這相片，重溫十年前為一間中學全體老師做的工作坊，也感自豪。
這是一個很好玩的指令任務，那位"拆彈專家"須戴上頭盔和身穿頗重的防破片背心，更需要戴上眼罩和風鏡，耳朵戴上通話機的耳機，她的剪電線行動須靠後面的一位同事以無線電通話機聯絡並指揮如何進行! 在矇眼無視覺下進行此任務， 殊不容易，況且爬出外面須靠其他同事支援更不簡單和缺乏安全感 ! 活動後的分享樂和解說 (debriefing)可將這訓練活動經驗應用在日常工作的團隊效能之發揮和同事間的人際關係處理甚有裨益，也涉及領導才能，妥善分工，授權執行，時間管理，如何決策，信心建立，溝通技巧，支持鼓勵，正面思考......等課題。

We have had a wonderful weekend as to organize and conducted a Leadership and Team Building Training Camp for a girl's high school students.
Thousand thanks go to my fellow officers of HKJL for their great efforts to assist in the training programs and the woman officers acted as group facilitators.
This made it happened towards big success of this event.
Deeply appreciated and highest salute to all.
