📋 研究內容:
參加者將獲邀出席一節約 2.5 小時的線下工作坊,與其他參加者一同分享經歷、討論支援需要,並共同建立「旅程地圖(Journey Mapping)」,整理影響精神健康的重要經歷、支援及改善方向。
📋 招募對象:
✅ 18–24歲青年(有精神健康挑戰或心理困擾經歷)或
✅ 兒童及青少年照顧者(照顧有精神健康挑戰或心理困擾經歷的兒童/青少年)
*而兒童及青少年有以下身份或經歷:
🔹多元族裔及文化背景
🔹難民/尋求庇護
🔹性/別小眾(LGBTQ+)
🔹受障者/殘障者/殘疾人士
🔹聾人
💰報酬:
完成工作坊可獲港幣 600 元答謝金

🔬Research Topic: “Birth to Work” Project: A Hong Kong-based research and action project exploring the mental health journeys of children, adolescents, and young adults from early life to entry into the workforce (ages 0–24).

📋 Study content:
A 2.5-hour in-person workshop with a "Journey Mapping" approach, to reflect on your significant experiences of facing mental health challenges and psychological distress in Hong Kong, explore how various personal, family, school, community, service, and societal factors have shaped these experiences, and collectively think through recommendations for improving services, systems, and policies.
📋 Recruitment Criteria:
✅ Youth* aged 18–24 OR
✅ Parents/caregivers of children or youth*
*Children/youth with lived experience of mental health challenges or psychological distress, who have or identify with:
🔹 Diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds
🔹 Refugee or asylum-seeking backgrounds
🔹 Sexual and/or gender minorities (LGBTQ+)
🔹 Disabilities
🔹 Deafness
*Workshop will be conducted primarily in Cantonese

Receive HKD$600 upon completing the workshop
