Moti-verse HKFYG Territory-wide Flag Day: Street Flag Selling Volunteer Recruitment

(Moti-verse 青協全港賣旗日 街頭賣旗義工招募)
The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG) Territory-wide Flag Day will be held on December 27. This meaningful event aims to raise funds for “The HKFYG Wellness Project” (青協青年全健計劃), empowering young people to cultivate positive thinking and develop resilience.
We warmly invite you to become a street flag selling volunteer and help promote emotional health and positivity among youth! Your participation will make a difference.

Event Details:
· Date: December 27, 2025 (Saturday)
· Location: Various locations across Hong Kong
· Time: To be confirmed (information will be provided by HKFYG)
· Language: Volunteers of all Cantonese proficiency levels are welcome; non-Cantonese speakers are encouraged to join
· Volunteer Requirement: Volunteer must hold a Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card

Remarks:

1. In the application form, please choose “個人義工 (Individual Volunteers)” under “義工類別 (Volunteer Type)”.
2. In the application form, please indicate “EdUHK” in the last question (“所屬機構/學校名稱 Affiliated Institution/School Name”), so that HKFYG can provide your participation record to us after activity for ELAT input.
3. After application, HKFYG will confirm your application status via email. Please check your email regularly.
4. Upon completion of the event, HKFYG will issue e-certificates to all participating volunteers directly.
5. Volunteers will receive 6 hours of volunteer work recognition in ELAT, based on verification provided by HKFYG.

👋🏻A group of outreach social workers from the Hong Kong Children & Youth Services (HKCYS) invites passionate and responsible future teachers 👩🏻‍🏫👨🏻‍🏫 to join Moti-verse Sunshine in the Storm 2025-2026 ”Bestie Friendship Mission“! 🌈

This year, we continue the touching stories of Sunshine in the Storm, hoping to support the growth of late-night outreach youth in Tai Po District through various activities 👣. We aim to help them build sincere friendships, redefine interpersonal relationships, and find life direction!

☀ Program Details
🗓 Date: September 2025 to January 2026
⏰ Time: Arranged according to activities, including 2 late-night outreach experience sessions
💭 Timeline: Please refer to the attached poster

☀ Program Content:
· Through different activities (workshops, outreach, experience camp), assist outreach youth in establishing sincere and stable friendships, cultivating positive values, enhancing self-efficacy and a sense of belonging, and reducing chances of engaging in deviant behaviors.
· Help university students improve experience and skills in interacting with outreach youth, preparing as “future teachers” and strengthening the ability to handle student misconduct in future teaching career.

Silver Blue Academy: Co-painting of HK snapshot x Inter-generation Inclusion Service Learning Project 2025-26

Join us in this artwork co-creation programme with elderly! You will first visit the elderly to engage in conversations with them and collect their stories👴🏼👵🏼. You will then create ♟️stamps♟️ for the elderly and learn about 🎨pastel nagomi art 🎨 in training sessions, ultimately leading the elderly in creating their own artwork using stamps and pastel nagomi art to express their stories in the last session! ♠

生活教育活動計劃（LEAP）是一間於1994年在香港成立的註冊慈善機構，致力為兒童及青少年提供健康生活及預防教育課程，增強他們的健康知識、社交及情緒能力，並建立正面價值觀和解難能力，了解煙酒及毒品的禍害。為配合教育局《4Rs精神健康約章》，LEAP為學校舉辦「校園好精神」活動日，透過攤位遊戲促進學生精神健康。
現誠邀香港教育大學學生參與義工活動。
