Vantage Music Academy

Vantage Music Academy Prospectus of the Vantage Music Academy! https://adobe.ly/2pIVqvz We made no assumptions on our Young Musicians’ plans for higher education and beyond.

The Vantage Music Academy was founded by a group of enthusiastic active performing artists who are also dedicated teaching artists wishing to pass on the virtues of performing arts to the next generation. In association with Young Musicians Series (founded in 2009), we organise solo and chamber ensemble performances, themed concerts and concerts with set pieces to enrich the diversity of our performing repertory of our young musicians. Prior to the performances, they all receive valuable advice and coaching from a group of professional musicians. Creating harmony, building up confidence and enhancing self-esteem of the Young Musicians are our ultimate goal. Apart from having fun and making friends through music and getting a taste of how things work in a professional music world, our Young Musicians’ passion on performing have been nurtured over the years through the courses we offer in this Academy. Most of them continue to pursue their studies in leading high schools and universities worldwide across a variety of subjects.

YMS 2024 - Gabriel Faure
In addition to performing Faure's music and music of his source of inspiration, the story of the great composer was presented to our audience last night through the narration of his foremost interpreter of his music - the virtuoso pianist and teacher, Marguerite Long.

The story of their enriching friendship also gives us memorable anecdotes of many of the leading musicians of her time.

Indeed a fruitful evening for our young musicians! We are thankful to the collective effort offered by all our teachers , parents and our organizing committee in making this production happen!

Bravissimo!
