英國血庫最近發出黃色警告，呼籲公眾捐血，否則NHS不夠血用，影響已安排的手術。我昨天也盡一分綿力，去了捐血，已來英國的朋友，希望你能為人為己，考慮捐血，但女士們請注意，英國對血的含鐵量要求比香港高，我有好幾次都捐唔成血，要吃鐵丸或吃一段時間比較高鐵質的食物，才能過關成功捐血。
