By taking lead in IVElite project and setting personal development goal, students learn through teamwork, reflection and coaching.

Learning occurs in the process of project implementation while a culture of peer learning was cultivated.

計劃由學生作主導，透過訂立成長目標、與朋輩間合作策劃及推行活動計劃、自我反省和導師啟導，以達致個人成長。在過程中以學習為目標，於校園裡建立朋輩學習的文化。

Learning Project | 學習計劃

Students determine their own learning goals and base on the goal, they plan the project theme, project activities as well as assessment method. Students are learning designers and staff a

re learning facilitators. Students learn through teamwork and in the process of project ex*****on.

學生自行訂立學習目標，並按學習目標設計學習計劃的主題、內容及評估方法，學生為學習設計者，導師則為學習推動者。過程中，朋輩間互相合作，一起成長。

Coaching for Success | 導師啟導

Students set learning goals with the assistance of Project officers who are staff coach and get coached on the goals through regular coaching sessions. Learning takes place as a result of critical reflection.

導師會與學生一起訂立個人成長目標，透過定期面談，讓學生在反思中學習達致成長目標。

Mentoring Scheme | 學長計劃

Upon completion of the first year training, students will take up a mentor role to facilitate learning of newly enrolled mentees. Peer learning culture was developed through building up of different learning communities.

學生參與計劃一年後，可以學長身份與新一屆學子交流心得，互相學習，建立起不同的學習社群及朋輩學習的文化。

Comprehensive Training | 多元化訓練

Different kinds of training are offered to equip students with various skills and at the same time enhance students’ learning ability, attitudes and personal attributes. In order to provide students with all-rounded training, topics including project planning and management, problem solving, reflective learning and teamwork skills are offered.

透過不同形式的訓練，提升學生各方面的技能，學習能力，態度及個人素質，包括項目策劃及管理技能、解難能力、反思式學習及團隊精神等，讓學生有全面的發展。
