Our kindergarten children participated in the “HK Open Dragon & Lion Dance Competition 2025” （Children's Lion Dance – Dizhi Compulsory Routine Group)
👏🏻 and proudly won the Merit Award!
Despite their young age, our little performers delivered an outstanding performance in this large-scale, territory-wide competition, winning enthusiastic applause from the audience! 🙌🏻

低班嘅小朋友去到嗇色園何東夫人醫局·生態研習中心，開展一場「愛吃本地米」大冒險！🌾
首先，我哋認識咗稻米由細小種子變成一穗穗金黃的過程；然後大家親手用磨米盅磨米，體驗「從田頭到碗中」嘅感覺。接著，走入稻米田，近距離探索稻米植株，聽着風吹稻浪，大家笑聲滿載。😆
最後，大家用加入咗糯米粉嘅米飯做小手工，創作專屬自己嘅小作品，為今日活動畫上完美句號！✨
感謝所有小朋友嘅熱情，期待下一次更精彩嘅旅程！

Our K2 children embarked on an exciting adventure at the S*k S*k Yuen Ho Tung Family Medical Centre · Eco-learning Centre — the “Love Local Rice” Journey yesterday! 🌾
We began by learning how tiny rice seeds grow and transform into golden rice stalks. Then, the children tried hand-grinding rice using a traditional rice mill, experiencing the journey “from field to bowl” in real life.
Next, we stepped into the rice field for close exploration — touching the rice plants, listening to the wind swaying through the fields, and filling the entire place with laughter. 😆
To wrap up this wonderful day, the children used rice mixed with glutinous rice flour to create their own handmade mini art pieces, ending the activity perfectly with creativity and joy! ✨
Thank you to all our little explorers for your enthusiasm — we can’t wait for the next exciting adventure together!
